Shen Sheng raised an eyebrow. He could have crazy fans?
Dou Shiliu lowered her eyes, her eyelashes obscuring her expression, the reflection of time making her appear exceptionally soft and gentle.
Seeing the girl's obedient and submissive demeanor, Shen Sheng decided against pressing her for more information.
"You can leave now, I'll tidy up the place."
Shen Sheng ignored Dou Shiliu and started packing her things on her own.
Dou Shiliu blinked and waited obediently for him to tidy up.
Shen Sheng frowned, looking at the rickety door at the entrance. She rolled up her sleeves, intending to take the door down.
Dou Shiliu patted him, and Shen Sheng looked over in confusion.
With just a gentle push from the little girl, the door came down completely.
Shen Sheng glanced at Dou Shiliu in silence, then gave him a sweet smile.
Looking at her thin arms again, Shen Sheng silently picked up the door and placed it by the door so she could throw it away tomorrow.
"Aren't you leaving?"
Shen Sheng said jokingly.
Dou Shiliu's eyes lit up, and she nodded, gazing at him expectantly.
I didn't expect this girl to really not want to leave.
"Cough cough cough, where do you live? I'll take you home."
Shen Sheng couldn't possibly let some random girl live in his house, especially since his house no longer even had a door.
Dou Shiliu glanced at the drafty door, nodded, and said softly, "I'm downstairs."
Shen Sheng was a little surprised, but she recovered in a few minutes.
Entering the elevator, Shen Sheng led Dou Shiliu downstairs. Looking at the soft-spoken girl, he suddenly remembered something Wu Yu had said in the car earlier that day.
"Such a cute young lady, everyone must like her, right?"
