Dou Shiliu nodded with a smile. Wen Shuyuan received a call from the editor just as the pastries were served. One of his books had been selected, and the editor wanted to discuss it with him.
Unfortunately, he had no choice but to leave first.
Lan Tian watched his departing figure, then pursed his lips and stirred his coffee.
"The housekeeper is finally gone."
Although that's what she said, Dou Shiliu still saw a dependence on Wen Shuyuan in her eyes.
Lantian, who used to be free and easy, has now become clingy because of Wenshuyuan.
