Jin Junwen walked up to him.
He leaned over so that she wouldn't look up.
She kissed him and said, "I'll be back in an afternoon. You can probably come over when you get off work this afternoon."
Hua Jingye kissed her back and went out with her.
"Be careful." Meng Li saw that she had changed into combat uniform and understood that she had another mission.
Although she knew her granddaughter was an excellent person, she still couldn't help but worry.
The last time we cleared out the mutated plants and animals around the base, some soldiers were injured.
Throughout her life, when she was young, she worried about her husband who was out on missions; when she was middle-aged, she worried about her son-in-law; and when she was old, she worried about her granddaughter.

Watching Jin Junwen get on the patrol car to meet up, Hua Jingye went back to say goodbye to Meng Ling, waited for the next patrol car to arrive, and went to the biochemical laboratory.
I have nothing to do, so I'll just help them assemble the experimental equipment.
At almost six o'clock, Wanjiezhu said, "Host, the target of the mission is injured."
Hua Jingye was adjusting the aperture of the microscope. He paused when he heard this and asked, "Is the injury serious?"
"It was quite serious. She encountered two mutant thorns with strong combat power. A very thick thorn pierced a hole in her abdomen."
Hua Jingye stood up and asked, "Is she back?"
"He's back. He's been sent to the medical department. He's undergoing suturing surgery."
Hua Jingye said something briefly to the person in charge and left quickly.
Following the instructions from the Wanjiezhu, Hua Jingye found the operating room.
He Yiguan and his four other team members, along with four others from another team, were sitting on benches outside the operating room. They were all injured to varying degrees and were being bandaged by nurses.
Another team member also entered the operating room.
"Where's your captain?"
He Yiguan was a little surprised when he saw him coming over. "In the operating room, they are doing surgery. The doctor said the situation is a bit serious."
"How did you get injured?" Hua Jingye stared at the words "in surgery" expressionlessly.
"The mutant plants were hiding too deep and were very powerful. Our ability level was not high enough and the whole team was injured. The captain used himself as bait to slow down the attack speed of the mutant plants, so we were able to kill them."
"How long has she been in there?"
"Half an hour."
Several people waited outside in silence.
After a while, the door of another operating room opened and another injured team member was pushed out.
Another half an hour later, the door of the operating room opened and Jin Ning came out. "He's out of danger."
Everyone breathed a sigh of relief when they heard this.
The nurse behind pushed the still unconscious Jin Junwen out, and Hua Jingye hurried forward to see her.
She looked very pale.
Jin Ning touched her face, sighed, and looked at Hua Jingye, "You stay with her, I still have some work to do."
"Okay." Hua Jingye followed the operating table and left.
Jin Ning looked at He Yiguan and the others again, "You all go and rest. Those who need to be hospitalized should be hospitalized, and those who need to undergo the next step of disinfection should undergo the next step of disinfection."
"Okay Director Jin."
The nurse left after giving Jin Junwen an IV. Hua Jingye sat in front of Jin Junwen's bed, lifted her hand where the needle was inserted, and covered her with a blanket.

She could handle so many zombies surrounding her with ease, but she didn't expect to be injured so badly by two alien plants.
