Taozhi, Ling Ruyao's former maidservant, followed the others up.

The midwife's family also confessed.

Since then, Shu Yan and Li Man have been successfully identified.

All of these evidences were obtained by Baichuan and Baijiang who had been lurking in Shu Yan's study for many years. They found out where he hid things, and then replicated what they could, and stole what they could not replicate.
The Dali Temple Minister saw it and was horrified.
Emperor Cheng in the back hall raised his hand, and the imperial guards filed out, arrested Shu Yan and others, and took them to the Heavenly Prison.
"Wait." Shu Shiyu spoke.
The Imperial Guards who had captured Shu Yan and others stopped dragging them away.
Shu Shiyu raised his hand, and Baichuan and Baijiang brought in two bowls of water.
Shu Shiyu took out a dagger from his sleeve and walked towards Shu Yan.
