Chapter 428 Or Become a Sea God (1 / 2)

Ahefuya naturally noticed Felice's gaze. She listened to the sound of the waves and asked, "What's wrong?"

Felicity was a little abnormal today. Normally, she would have started chattering a long time ago.

"Ahfuya, the sea witch's prophecy has come out."

Ahefuya took off her shoes and socks, put her feet in the sea and shook them. The waves hit the rocks.

"Is it related to me?" Fortunately, it was cloudy today with only a few sunflowers, otherwise I would have been sunburned again.

I haven't seen Lorsis for a month, I miss him.

Felice slid down the reef, half-knelt in the water, her upper body lying on the reef, her head resting on her arms and looking sideways at her.

Ahefuya was the most beautiful girl she had ever seen. She had a contradictory feeling that made people stay away from her, yet also attracted people to approach her.

"The sea witch said that the ocean is about to boil and the land is about to disappear. Steam is coming out of the strange abyss and the cracks on the seabed are widening."

"The Heart of Poseidon points to Blue Tail, but all Blue Tails have tried, and the Heart of Poseidon refuses to recognize them."

"Finally, the sea witch divined again, and the clues pointed to land, and there was only you on land."

"If you can't resonate with the heart of the sea god, you can't save the mermaids, you can't save the ocean. Resonance will allow the sea god to come to the world, and you need to sacrifice your life."

"Ahfuya, they are coming for you."

After listening for a long time, Ahefuya pulled up a cold smile and asked softly, "But why? You want me to sacrifice my life."

"The mermaids don't want me anymore, so why should I save them and seek this so-called supreme glory?"

“I don’t have that much compassion.”

After one hundred and fifty years, she had finally waited for her luck, but now she had to sacrifice her life.

Felice held her hand. "I understand. I also think this is unfair to you."

"The mermaid tribe can ask any mermaid to be sacrificed, but they cannot ask you to be sacrificed."

Ahefuya listened quietly to the sound of the waves, and after a while asked, "When does the ocean boil?"

"Less than half a year."

"Then let me see how hard they can work to survive and what kind of attitude they can use to beg me."

"As for whether or not to sacrifice yourself to save them, it's up to me."

"It wouldn't be so bad if all the mermaids and humans boiled along with the ocean in the end."

Ahefuya walked into the sea, feeling the water flowing under her feet and the sea breeze ruffling her hair.

Felice lay in the water with only her head exposed, but she might have known the answer.

"Grand Marshal Kenway is very happy because he said you are his daughter. It is an honor for you to be recognized by the Heart of Poseidon."

"Now you admit that I am his daughter, vain. I am not his daughter."

Felice stopped talking and just watched the rolling waves quietly.

After sitting with her until sunset, Felice endured the pain like a needle prick and walked towards the deep sea again, "Ahefuya, I'll come to see you next time."

Ahefuya sighed in her heart and walked towards her, "Felice, even if there was no Lorsis, I might still resonate with the Heart of the Sea God, because the mermaids still have you."

Because of Kenway's indifference, other mermaids either looked down on her or ridiculed her, but Felice was the only mermaid who showed her kindness.

Because she was worried about her, Felice transformed into legs and went to land to find her even though she knew it would hurt.

She touched her hand and put a bracelet she took out of her pocket on Felice's hand. "Go back to the bottom of the sea, Felice. See you next time."

Phyllis pursed her lips and watched the figure slowly walking towards the shore, her tears turning into pearls falling into the sea.

"Ahefuya!"
