Chapter 434 I'll see you soon (2 / 2)

The singing in her ears became more and more urgent and anxious day by day, and some mermaids' voices even became hoarse. Ahefuya has learned to use the singing as a lullaby.

After all, the singing is pretty nice.

One afternoon four months later, Ahephia woke up from Lorsis's arms, turned her tail into legs, and poked his face.

Lorsis took her hand and kissed it, "What's wrong?"

"Lorsis, let's go to the bottom of the sea."

"Okay, let's go tomorrow? I have something to tell Atemo."

"Well, let's go to the prison and meet them. Just to stay alive, they come here from the beach again and again. They have perseverance."

Lorsis put her shoes on, led her out of the castle and into the carriage.

"Lorsis." She sat astride him and held his face.

"Hmm?" He kissed the corner of her lips.

"I'll be able to see you soon."

Lorsis chuckled, "What do I look like in Ahephia's imagination?"

"Tall, very gentle, and probably very good-looking."

His hands were big enough to completely wrap around hers.

When he hugged me, I could feel his broad chest and I felt safe.

When standing, he would lean over and hold her whole body in his arms.

The cook, Atem, and Daraya all said he was very handsome, and he always smiled when she touched his face with her hands.

"I have the looks to deserve to stand beside my wife." He kissed her softly on the lips.

Ehephia touched his lips in response.

When they arrived at the prison, Lorses took her inside and sat in front of the cell where the mermaids were imprisoned.

Kenway was excited and angry when he saw her, "Ahefeya, why did you come to see us now?!"

Lorsis' eyes turned cold, but he just held the hand of his wife beside him.

Ahefuya played with the pearl bracelet he had put on her in the carriage and said in a light tone, "Who are you?"

The pearls on the pearl bracelet are her fallen tears.

Noren held Kenway's wrist and shook his head.

Kenway grabbed the doorpost of the cell with all his strength. Seeing her cold expression, he suppressed his anger and soon changed his expression. “Ahefuya, I am your father. I am here to take you home.”

"Father? I don't have a father."

"Take me home? I have been homeless for a hundred and fifty years."

"Almost six months ago, Felice asked you for help on my behalf, but you gave up on me, so the bottom of the sea is no longer my home."

“My home is here.”

Norn smiled gently, "Ahefuya, you are a mermaid, and mermaids must return to the ocean."

"Grand Marshal Kenway knows he has neglected you over the years, so he is making amends to you now."

"Come back to the ocean with us. With me here, he won't dare to look down on you again."

Ahefuya sat back. "Who do you think you are?"

Norn choked, "I am Norn, the eldest prince of the mermaid tribe. We played together when we were young, and I gave you shells and flowers."

"I remember that you liked the flowers I gave you very much."

"I like you and want to marry you as my prince consort. That way you will be the queen of the mermaid tribe and no one will be able to bully you anymore."

Ahefuya said expressionlessly, "I have never liked anything you gave me, and I have never accepted anything. I already have a husband."

"You sound ridiculous when you say this. I don't even remember what you look like. Why do you think I will marry you?"
