Ahefuya grabbed his shirt by the sleeve and kissed him on the chin.
Lorsis rubbed her cheek affectionately, looked into her bright eyes, and smiled, "Ahefuya's eyes were beautiful to begin with, and now they are even more beautiful."
She blinked slightly, tilted her head slightly to look at him, and said nothing.
Lorses carried her upstairs to the restaurant. She hugged his neck and observed everything around her curiously like a newborn baby.
Desserts were always ready. Lorsis took a piece of cake and told the maid to ask the chef to prepare lunch. Then he put his arm around Ahefuya and sat her on the chair, feeding her cake with a fork.
"Eat some cake first, and lunch will be ready soon."
While accepting the food he fed her, she stared at him, as if she could never see enough of him.
Lorsis kissed her cheek, "Why? Am I very different from what you imagined?"
She nodded.
His face was stern, which was different from the gentle and gentlemanly look she had imagined, but it was unexpectedly consistent with his voice which became deep and magnetic when he was coaxing her.
He was much more handsome than she had imagined.
"Then remember from now on, your husband looks like me." Lorsis pinched her face and fed her water.
When she shook her head no, Lorsis lifted her waist and turned her body around, so that she sat astride and faced him. He held her waist, lifted her chin and kissed her.
Ahefuya tilted her head back, her eyelashes trembling as she felt the shiver and numbness he brought her. Her azure blue eyes were misted over, but she still kept her eyes open to look at his expression.
Feeling the longing and tenderness in his eyes, she grasped the corner of his clothes with her fingers, her knuckles slightly pink, and she couldn't help but respond to him.
As the breaths intertwined, the heartbeat rebelled against the regularity and became disorderly.
The next moment, he reached in along the open lips and kissed her deeply.
Misty water accumulated in Ahefuya's eyes, and tears slid down from her eye sockets, turning into pearls and falling into his arms.
Considering that she was still weak after waking up, Lorsis didn't kiss her for long. He kissed the corner of her wet eyes and rubbed her head. "Ahefuya, welcome to see the world again."
Ahefuya held his face and kissed him on the lips, "It's nice to see you, my dear husband."
Lorsis couldn't help but kiss her eyelids again, picked up the pearls and put them in his pocket.
The chef brought the lunch over. "Your Excellency, Madam, please enjoy your lunch."
Ahefuya looked at him. "Thank you."
The chef leaned forward, met her gaze, and said excitedly, "Oh my God! Madam, can you see it?"
"Yes."
"Your eyes are like the purest sapphires."
"Thank you for the compliment." Ahefuya grabbed the fingers of the person holding her and squeezed them with a little force.
Lorsis held her hand and said to the chef, "Receive 50% more salary this month."
"Thank you, Your Excellency the Duke, and thank you, Your Majesty." The chef set the lunch and left.
Lorsis picked up the bowl of pumpkin soup, stirred it until it cooled down, and then scooped a spoonful to Ahefuya's lips, "Try it."
Ahefuya looked at him, opened her mouth and drank.
After feeding her, Lorsis started to eat lunch and she watched by the side.
She looked at him from time to time, and then looked around from time to time. The mermaid who had just regained her sight found everything new.
After Lorsis finished lunch, he picked her up and walked outside, "I'll take you to the garden to see the flowers we planted. Many of them have already bloomed."
