"Wouldn't that be uncomfortable?"
Shi Zhou shook his head, "It's always been like this."
"Rules are invisible in nature. They are transformed into human form just to facilitate movement. But they are not actually human, so any posture is acceptable. Therefore, they do not feel tired."
"Okay, but Brother Shi Zhou, you are so capable, you can make yourself live more comfortably." An An took a sip of water, "My mother said that if you have the conditions, you should treat yourself better."
Shi Zhou raised the corner of his lips in a very small arc, "Listen to An An."
As he finished speaking, the temple began to change. It had everything, including inner and outer halls, furnishings, tables, chairs, beds, etc. Although it did not seem cozy, it did seem a bit less deserted.
Even a soft cushion quietly appeared on the throne where An An was sitting.
An An swung her legs and looked around the hall curiously.
Shi Zhou casually poured Zhao Li a cup of tea and then peeled the fruit on the table. After An An turned his gaze back, he asked, "It's still a long way to go before sunset. Do you want to take a nap or should I take you back?"
"Brother, do you want to go home?" An An looked at Zhao Li who was eating a biscuit and watching them.
"I will reply when my sister replies."
Shi Zhou put the peeled orange into An An's palm and said, "Here."
"Then let's take a nap first, play for a while when we wake up, and then go home." An An broke off half and returned it to him, "Brother Shi Zhou, you eat too."
"Okay." After feeding them, Shi Zhou took them to the newly built bedroom, "Choose whichever one you like."
After they closed the temple door, Shi Zhou found a palace atlas, sat on the throne to look through it, and then used his divine power to transform the temple.
When An An woke up, she saw the temple had changed drastically. If she hadn't seen Shi Zhou sitting in front of her, she would have thought that someone had stolen her and taken her somewhere else while she was sleeping.
Shi Zhou saw her and said to her, "An An, come here."
An An ran to sit in front of him and said, "Brother Shi Zhou, have you renovated the temple again?"
"Yeah." He poured a glass of water for the little girl very naturally. He felt that he was too smooth last night. "Would you like to drink some?"
An An held the cup and subconsciously tilted her head against his knees. When she realized that she was not at home, she sat up straight and smiled at him embarrassedly.
"When I woke up, I saw my parents. They also gave me water to drink, and then I leaned on them."
Shi Zhou rubbed her head and said, "It's okay. I'll let you lean on me."
Seeing Zhao Li coming over, An An moved closer to him and said, "No need, I can just rely on my brother."
Zhaoli had obviously gotten used to it.
After they finished drinking the water, Shi Zhou randomly found a split space and took them in for a walk. When it was almost time, he sent them back to the Court of the Gods.
When they reached the Heavenly Gate, Shi Zhou squatted down and pinched the little girl's face, "Did you have fun today?"
An An nodded heavily, "I'm glad, Brother Shi Zhou, your place is so interesting, I want to go play there again."
Zhao Li poked at the floating cloud and looked at her when he heard what she said. Her sister had been playing hide-and-seek with ghosts for the whole day, scaring those ghosts that were extremely terrifying in the eyes of others so much that they trembled and fled in panic.
"If you want to come again, send me a message and I'll come pick you up." Shi Zhou flipped his hand and a silver whistle appeared in his palm. "Blow it and I'll be able to hear it."
"Okay, Brother Shi Zhou, do you want to come in and sit down?"
"No, you go in."
An An hugged him and said, "Thank you, brother Shi Zhou, for taking me and my brother to play."
Shi Zhou's brows softened a little, "You're welcome."
After she skipped and pulled Zhaoli away, Shi Zhou returned to Fu Ye.
