Manager Chen was still worried, so he followed them out.
Li Shi was a bit dazed while driving, especially when he slammed on the brakes. Xu Keke saw that Yun Sheng's face was pale and his forehead was covered with fine beads of sweat.
He was enduring it through sheer willpower.
"If you don't want him to throw up in the car, then drive carefully."
Xu Keke said casually from behind. Li Shi felt a chill run down his spine. He subconsciously looked at Manager Chen.
Unfortunately, Manager Chen was somewhat distracted today. He also felt that Li Shi's driving skills were a bit poor today, but he didn't notice anything unusual like he did.

This was the beginning of all her nightmares, waking her up countless times in the night. Even after returning to the Chen family, she was always uneasy, constantly worried that she would be sent away at any moment.
Later, she was left behind by someone. At that time, the original owner actually felt that this was how it should be. It seemed that she was destined to be the one who would always be abandoned.
Outside the shantytown is a stinking ditch that reeks of nausea. But this doesn't stop the residents from washing vegetables and cooking next to it.
The locals were already used to it. But when a black car drove in, it attracted a large crowd of children.
"Is this where Wang Ma lives?"
As soon as Li Shi stopped the car, Manager Chen opened the car door and loudly asked the children questions.
Xu Keke smiled and patted Yun Sheng's head to comfort him, soothing his discomfort at suddenly seeing so many children.
They got out of the car. The children who had been crowding around the car door immediately turned their attention to Manager Chen, because Xu Keke and Yun Sheng were still wearing tattered clothes and looked even worse off than themselves.
"I'm from Chen Family Trading Company, I'm looking for Aunt Wang here," Manager Chen said loudly to the children around him.
When Li Shi saw the smile on Xu Keke's face, his heart trembled again.
"Come with me." Xu Keke silently said three words to him.
Li Shi turned to look at Manager Chen, who was still surrounded by children. His feet, however, unconsciously followed behind Xu Keke and Yun Sheng, passing between the two houses.
The original owner's unconscious dreams were almost identical to reality. It was just that the original owner was too afraid to look closely. However, as long as Xu Keke could control her emotions, she could carefully study her dreams and quickly found Wang Ma's house.
The house before me looked like it had been patched up countless times. A wooden plank on the left, a straw mat on the right. Like a rice dumpling trying to hide its filling, it kept patching it up with bamboo leaves. It was clear that the homeowner had made further repairs to it every rainy season.
Xu Keke said to Li Shi, "Wait!"
She released Yunsheng's hand, pushed open the door, and stepped inside.
The woman inside heard the voice and asked, "Who is it?"
Receiving no reply, she came out of the inner room. She must have been doing needlework, because there were still a few red and green thread ends hanging from her clothes. She was also holding a needle in her hand.
The woman had lost her youthful plumpness; her face was wrinkled like a walnut. It was clear that she hadn't had a good life these past few years.
She saw Xu Keke and froze, "You are...."
"Nanny!" Xu Keke smoothed her hair, exposing her face completely to the woman.
The woman's eyes widened suddenly. "Huihui! You...you are Huihui!"
Suddenly, as if remembering something, she said in a panic, "Why did you run away? Who told you to run away? If you run away, they'll come after us for money."
Xu Keke smiled. The nanny always knew where she was because the family she gave the original owner to was her own sister's family.
"No, I heard my parents are looking for me. If you take me back, they'll have the money."
The incident was so sudden that the nanny didn't know what to say for a moment. Her eyes were darting around, and she seemed flustered and lost.
After a long pause, she managed a weak smile and said, "What nonsense are you talking about? Your parents are in the countryside, they don't have any money. Don't talk nonsense. No one is looking for you. Are you having another nightmare? I'm your aunt, when did I become some kind of wet nurse?"
"No, really, I just remembered something from the past. My mom isn't that woman from the countryside, and that man isn't my dad. My parents wouldn't sell me to a place like that to suffer. Take me to my parents, and I won't tell anyone. I'll get them to give you money."
Xu Keke spoke very sincerely, like a child, innocently telling her.
"You've gone mad, child! What nonsense are you spouting?" The nanny raised her hand and slapped Xu Keke. "Who have you been listening to gossip about? Come with me now..."
She grabbed Xu Keke's clothes and was about to leave when she heard Manager Chen's voice from outside the door, "Where have you been? I've been looking for you for ages."
Xu Keke saw the nanny's eyes light up.
She let go of his hand, took a step to the door, and just then the door opened, and Manager Chen walked in to greet her.
"Why didn't you tell us beforehand...?"
