Not long after finishing his meal, the phone rang. It was a reply regarding the white van that Cheng Yi had asked someone to check on.
Xu Keke hadn't expected it to happen so quickly. She stood quietly in the living room, waiting.
Cheng Yi put down the phone, his brows furrowed. He sat on the sofa, gently massaging his injured leg. He looked at Xu Keke with a puzzled expression.
"We found the car with that license plate, but it shouldn't be the one we saw today. That license plate belongs to the chemical plant. But that car isn't in the city right now; it was in an accident a few days ago and is currently being repaired at a factory in the suburbs."

"Won't it be too tiring?"
