After Su Jinge finished her daze, she returned to the dressing table and took off her hair accessories. When she opened the small drawer, she saw the jade hairpin that Lin Xi had bought that night.
She was in a daze for a moment. She had only been in Xingchen Country for a few days, but she had already received two items from Lin Xi, one of which was a jade pendant representing his identity.

Rong Jingyuan's expression remained unchanged, still elegant and calm. He placed his hands on Su Chaoge's shoulders, his eyes level with hers. "That's my secret guard. What's wrong? I'm a prince after all. It's not strange to have a secret guard, right?"
"So that's how it is..." Su Chaoge nodded without any doubt.
Her focus was on Rong Jingyuan.
The two of them were now very close, so close that they could smell each other's breath. Su Jinge rolled her eyes and turned away pretending to be shy.
"Jingyuan, my sister has been married to General Lin. It won't be long before I have to return to Chaoge. I..."
Her tone was hesitant, her voice was a little lost, and her eyes were also hesitant to speak. What a pitiful and weak lady.
