Lin Xi walked into the study and looked at the envelope on the table. It said: Action tonight.
Lin Xi pondered, it seemed that the emperor could only hold on until tonight, when all the princes would be out in full force. During their deployment, Lin Xi had already prepared his men and was just waiting to reap the benefits.
Lin Xi sat down and began to deploy the strategy, and then handed it over to Li Mai. He also knew the plan and believed in Lin Xi very much. He said that he would always follow Lin Xi and stick with him until death.
By the time Lin Xi finished writing, it was already mid-chen (almost eight o'clock).
Wang Le stepped forward and reminded: "Master, it's already noon, and the food should be ready. Do you want to go have breakfast?"
Lin Xi suddenly came to his senses, put the letter in his hand into the envelope, and said to Wang Le: "Go and give this letter to Deputy General Li Mai, and hand it to him personally."
Wang Le carefully took the envelope, stuffed it into his lapel, nodded and said, "Yes, young master," then turned and ran out the door.
Lin Xi tidied up the table and walked out of the study.
When we arrived at Jinxiu Pavilion, the food had already been served and Qinqi was standing at the door waiting.
Lin Xi stepped forward: "Is Madam awake?"
Qin Er: "My dear uncle, the young lady hasn't woken up yet."
Lin Xi nodded, pushed the door open, and closed it behind him.
He walked to the bed, looked at the girl sleeping soundly on the bed, reached out and pinched her nose. Su Jinge was out of breath, shook his head, frowned, and his mouth opened unconsciously.
Then, he opened his eyes, with a confused look of just waking up, and pushed Lin Xi with his hand.
"Awake, Madam." Lin Xi's eyes were filled with joy. He pecked her lips twice, hugged her back and made her sit up.
Now, Su Jinge was fully awake, but her back and waist were sore, especially the burning pain. She didn't want to move at all, and she didn't have the energy to move.
She raised her hand and twisted Lin Xi's waist, but because she had no strength in her hands, it was like tickling.
She felt more and more dissatisfied, and her eyes were instantly filled with tears, which slid down to Lin Xi's neck. Feeling the warm water droplets, Lin Xi sat up in panic and looked at Su Jinge.
The woman in front of me was crying without making any sound, which made people feel pity for her.
His eye sockets and nose tip were red, tears were dripping down one by one, his eyes were full of grievance, he looked at Lin Xi with his eyes wide open, his heart softened.
[Oh, host, you made your wife cry, let’s see what you can do] The system gloated.
Lin Xi raised his hand and gently wiped away the tears on Su Jinge's face. He held her face with both hands and asked softly, "What's wrong? Why are you crying? If you have something to say, tell me. Your crying makes my heart break, dear."
Su Jinge was filled with resentment. "What's wrong?" "What's wrong?" "Don't you have any idea how much strength you have?" "If I don't vent this anger, I'm not Su Jinge."
Lin Xi had no idea of what she was thinking. Tears were still streaming down her face as she said in a sobbing voice, "You, you said that you didn't listen to me last night. You said you would listen to me after we get married."
Su Jinge sobbed as she told the story, and she looked as if she would go home immediately if Lin Xi didn't explain the reason.
Lin Xi was struck by lightning and smiled bitterly in his heart. This, this is not something I can control. How can I stay still when I have a beautiful girl in my arms?
But looking at Su Jinge in front of him, he comforted her: "Madam, please forgive me this time, okay? It's your first time too, and I didn't handle it well. I'll wait for next time, and I'll definitely listen to you next time."
Just calm the person down first, yeah! That’s it!
Lin Xi and Su Jinge looked at each other, their eyes full of seriousness. This chapter has been read (please click on the next chapter to continue reading!)
