Chapter 57 Gann

Chapter 57 Gann

Qian Zhou and Gu Sheng confronted each other silently for a long time. The chain on his wrist seemed to have some symbol in Gu Sheng's mind. He was unwilling to take it off Qian Zhou's wrist.

Gu Sheng caught a glimpse of the piece of wall plaster that had been smashed off and then glued back on the lock, but he still stood up and untied the chain.

Qian Zhou then picked up the spoon and ate the rice with the freshly cooked Dongpo pork.

The rice grains were soft and sticky, with some millet grains mixed in. Gu Sheng just sat on the edge of the bed and looked at Qian Zhou.

Gu Sheng patiently watched Qian Zhou do these ordinary and trivial things.

Qianzhou could meet his gaze whenever he raised his head to drink water.

The gaze was very focused, as if he was looking at a beam of light that would disappear at any moment, and Qianzhou felt a little unspeakable in his heart.

Gu Sheng hadn't said much to him today. Usually at times like this he was either angry or planning to bully someone.

But today Qianzhou felt that he said the same thing as 052.

Gu Sheng was feeling uneasy.

Qianzhou swallowed the food in his mouth and asked:

"Do you need to tie it again after dinner?"

Gu Sheng pinched the chain, his tone flat, "Yeah."

Qian Zhou didn't talk to him and sat down at the head of the bed after dinner.

He really minds Gu Sheng restricting his freedom, which is even more excessive than before.

Gu Sheng held his wrist and wrapped the chain around him, buckled it with a click, then turned and went downstairs.

Qianzhou didn't see him come back at night, so he leaned against the window and looked at the swaying branches in the small park and the lanterns hanging on the lampposts.

There were people sitting on the benches reading books, and children chasing each other. Qianzhou raised his hand and opened the window.

The sound of the fountain and the rustling of leaves in the breeze became clear.

It’s so lively outside, I want to go out and play.

Qian Zhou tilted his head to look out the window and said in a long tone: "Gu Sheng——"

There was no response from downstairs. Qianzhou's face was full of unhappiness. He leaned his forehead against the screen window and stared at the bushes downstairs.

He muttered, "Even a dog should go for a walk. Why should it be tied up all the time? I haven't left the bedroom door for 24 hours."

Gu Sheng still didn't respond.

Qianzhou jumped out of bed with a clatter and went into the bathroom holding the long chain. The chain felt icy cold when it came in contact with the water.

When he came out and walked to the door, the chains were already stretched straight, so he twisted them around his body.

He jumped into the quilt, closed his eyes and fell into a deep sleep.

When he opened his eyes again, Qian Zhou thought he would see Gu Sheng, but there was only the dark bedroom and the light coming through the street lamp outside the window.

The window was still open, and someone outside was calling him softly and tapping on the wall.

"Qian Zhou...!" Jiang En covered his mouth with his hands and clapped his hands twice after shouting.

He wouldn't really come to deliver a chainsaw in the middle of the night, would he?!

Qian Zhou jumped up from the bed and ran to the window to look downstairs, "Jiang En?!"

Jiang En gestured to him to stop, then looked furtively into the window.

Then he relaxed and returned to his normal voice, "Gu Sheng isn't here."

Qianzhou was slightly surprised, "I thought he would keep staring at me."

Jiang En was also very vigilant when he secretly followed Gu Sheng before, and felt that he was more agile than 007 in the movie.

He put his hands on his hips and chuckled complacently, then raised the chainsaw in his hand to show Qianzhou.

"You actually brought it to me!" Qian Zhou said in surprise.

Jiang En kicked the bag at his feet and said, "There are also jelly and potato chips~"

"Don't worry, I will definitely rescue you today!" Jiang En pulled the trigger on the chainsaw in his hand, making a buzzing sound.

Young Master Jiang has never known the immensity of the world since he was born. He only knows that his brother will hold up the sky if it falls.

With his innate confidence and adrenaline, Gann put on a protective mask, pointed the electric saw at the screen window on the first floor, and a series of bright sparks burst out.

Brighter than the headlights on the street, Qian Zhou shouted downstairs, "You look like a horror movie villain right now!"

Gann sawed a square hole and removed the entire screen by prying open the switch below.

When he took off his mask, he really looked like his awesome online name - Gann, the Great Devil.

Qian Zhou witnessed Jiang En's destructive power, and he broke through the window in a few moves and got in.

Qianzhou ran to the door and bumped into Jiang En who had just rushed upstairs.

Jiang En saw the chain on his wrist and kicked the wall in anger, "Gu Sheng is too much!"

The chainsaw was quite heavy, so Jiang En put it on the ground and stuffed the snacks that Qian Zhou wanted into his arms first.

Qianzhou squatted on the ground and touched the ferocious big chainsaw. From a close distance, it seemed a little bigger than he had imagined, and very heavy.

"Why do you still have this thing at home?" he asked.

Jiang En squatted beside him and scratched his nose embarrassedly when he heard this. "When I was in my rebellious period, I had a quarrel with my brother. It was...quite fierce...hehe."

He didn't buy the chainsaw to kill his brother. Gan En wasn't that lawless.

But he always has to find a place to vent effectively.

So on the night of the quarrel, Jiang En cut down the old locust tree in the backyard of his house, which damaged the feng shui of his home. Jiang Huachen had to invite several masters to adjust the layout back to normal.

Jiang En had nightmares every time he saw the bare tree stump. He seriously suspected that the locust tree had become a spirit and was secretly taking revenge on him.

This was also one of the reasons why he moved out to live on his own.

Qian Zhou gave a thumbs up upon hearing this, "My dear brother."

Jiang En touched the chainsaw on the ground and said, "But I'm much better behaved now..."

Qian Zhou felt that if he wanted to make a fuss, he had to do it like Jiang En, making a lawless commotion, and that would be effective.

He looked at the piece of wall that had fallen off and been glued back on, and suddenly felt that he was so useless.

"By the way, I think Gu Sheng is a little weird." Jiang En said.

"Hmm?" Qian Zhou looked at him puzzledly.

"You'll know when you go downstairs."

After saying that, Jiang En sawed the chain that tied Qian Zhou into two sections. Qian Zhou followed him downstairs, and when he saw the scene on the first floor, he was stunned.

This is more than a little strange.

In the middle of the first floor, there was a deformed sandbag with a hole in the side, and sand was spilling all over the floor.

There were several medicine bottles scattered on the sofa, and Qianzhou immediately picked them up to look at them.

This is what Gu Sheng used to eat every Thursday!

Qianzhou frowned and took a step back, and the medicine in his hand fell to the ground.

He didn't dare to think about it anymore. Didn't Gu Sheng say that he was cured?

Then why take these medicines?

"Qian Zhou..." Jiang En called him worriedly.

Qian Zhou's head was buzzing with shock from this scene. He grabbed Jiang En's arm and said, "I, I'm worried that something might happen to him..."

If Jiang En hadn't come to him tonight and let him out, Qian Zhou would never have known how bad Gu Sheng's current condition was!

Where is he now?

He didn't go to the company, nor did he go home, and even left this mess behind without caring about anything.

In front of him was the vast, intangible and invisible darkness, and Qianzhou glanced at the time.

1:23 am.

Jiang En patted Qian Zhou's shoulder and asked, "Qian Zhou, do you really like him?"

"Then go find him. I'm not mad at you, but you have to remember to come play with me in a few days."

Jiang En paused for a few seconds and said awkwardly:

"We'll be good friends forever..."
