Chapter 129 Front Row Witnessing the God's Daily Romantic Encounters 33

The wind gently caressed my cheeks, and the fragrance of unknown flowers wafted into my nose, mingling with the scent of grass and dew, fresh and delicate.

As Yi Mu ran forward, his body seemed to be split into two parts.

He stretched out the snail's antennae, looking at this new world with a mixture of trepidation and wonder.

An old man was carrying a wooden cage, teasing the bird inside with a stalk of wild grass in his hand. Hearing footsteps, he glanced over.

With his heart pounding, Yi Mu ignored his brain frantically sending out commands to "get out of the way quickly" and gave the old man a friendly smile.

The old man paused for a moment, then returned a smile, even waving to him in a friendly manner with the hand that was holding the straw.

Look, this world is still a beautiful place.

He seemed a little strange, a little delighted. Wouldn't the old man feel disgusted by his face?

Perhaps the old man was just pretending to be polite; after all, they lived in the same neighborhood and had to maintain a facade of harmony.

Yi Mu did not refute the voice in his heart.

The park gradually became more crowded.

Housewives rushing to the early market, office workers hurrying along with rice balls in their mouths, and students with Walkmans plugged in.

People were either in a hurry or in a leisurely manner.

It was an ordinary morning, the weather was clear and the air was fresh, just like any other day.

They all stopped in their tracks when they saw a very handsome young man.

His hair fluttered in the breeze, and his face was a little pale, but that did not detract from his handsomeness.

He was unfamiliar, fresh, like Aphrodite, the goddess of beauty in Greek mythology, so beautiful that he deserved the most beautiful words in the world to describe him.

As he passed by, the woman, who was over fifty, carrying a shopping basket, reached out and touched her newly permed and dyed hair.

The white-collar worker, dressed in a black and white business suit, looked stiff and quietly hid the rice ball behind her back.

It was too late when she left the house, so she didn't put on eyeliner. Will her eyes look dull and lifeless?

The tall boy could no longer hear the English words in his ears; he stared blankly at the handsome man who was getting closer and closer.

He realized for the first time that the pounding of the heart when someone is excited, as depicted on television, was not an exaggeration.

Yi Mu smiled at everyone, and a few seconds later, he received even more kind looks.

When he stopped to rest because he was tired, he helped an old lady get her cat down from a tree and received a bag of handmade candy as a thank you.

The candy tasted sweet in his mouth, and on the way back, Yi Mu's steps were much lighter, partly due to him.

On the way back, Yi Mu did not find the female ghost.

He assumed she had gone home because she thought the sun was too strong.

When she got home, she wasn't there.

The female ghost has been dead for many years, and modern society is no longer the same as their era.

Yi Mu was afraid that she would be hurt by someone, and also afraid that she would hurt others, so he took a shower and rushed out to look for her.

Yao Yan said that the female ghost couldn't stray too far from him, so she should still be in the neighborhood.

After searching around, Yi Mu found the female ghost at the back gate of the residential area.

She stood in the shadows, radiating intense resentment, staring at a couple not far away.

He approached quietly, but before he reached the female ghost, he suddenly heard her trembling voice mutter to herself, "No, this person can't be him!"

Yi Mu looked up.

The man standing there wore glasses, had his hair styled in a slicked-back, side-parted style, had fair skin, was slightly overweight, and was dressed reasonably well.

He looks like an intellectual, and his profession is either a teacher or a doctor.
