After playing two rounds of the game, Guan Shengye found it boring and got up to push Yi Mu to take a shower.
Zong Ao sat on the sofa and knew that Guan Shengye had sent Yi Mu away because he had something to say to him.
Sure enough, Guan Shengye sat down again, spread his legs, and acted like a big shot.
“Mr. Zong, let’s not beat around the bush. You probably don’t know what kind of relationship I had with Yi Mu before.”
Zong Ao sneered inwardly. The past was the past; the current Yi Mu was not the same as before.
He pretended to listen attentively, but he was actually curious to hear what Guan Shengye had to say.
Taking advantage of Yi Mu's absence, Guan Shengye boasted: "Yi Mu and I are truly in love. You know him, he's reserved in front of others."
Zong Ao looked at him with a "I'm just listening to you brag" expression.
“I’ve liked him since I was seventeen, and I’ve liked him all these years. I’ve never forgotten him for a single day. He’s destined to be mine. You have no chance.”
Zong Ao followed his gaze, narrowing his eyes, his expression as cold and ruthless as a sniper when he was targeting an enemy.
"What if I insist on forcing myself?"
Guan Shengye straightened his back and stared at him. "Are you serious?"
"I don't like joking."
Guan Shengye picked up the fruit knife on the table and played with it in his hand. His hand was suspended in mid-air. He loosened his fingers and the sharp knife fell down, right below Zong Ao's foot.
Zong Ao didn't move an inch, nor did he blink.
They both knew that if they dodged this time, it would mean that Zong Ao was backing down.
But he didn't dodge, and the knife didn't land on his instep.
Guan Shengye stuck out his tongue and pressed it against his cheek, his eyes blazing with fighting spirit: "I will make you withdraw voluntarily."
Zong Ao also wanted to say something harsh, and then Yi Mu came out.
He dressed casually at home, wearing a simple white T-shirt and shorts, revealing his two long, slender, white legs.
Guan Shengye instinctively covered his nose, and Zong Ao looked at him strangely.
Guan Shengye said in a muffled voice, "I'm going to take a shower."
Zong Ao asked Yi Mu, "What's wrong with him?"
Yi Mu didn't think too much about it. He shook his head and took a blanket out of the room.
"I'll sleep on the sofa tonight. You guys should go to bed early after you shower."
How could Zong Ao let Yi Mu sleep on the sofa? He snatched the blanket, took the spot first, and then chased Yi Mu back to his room.
Guan Shengye came out, glanced at Yi Mu's room with the door closed, and then looked at Zong Ao.
Zong Ao warned him, "I'm here tonight, and you're not allowed to go near Yi Mu's room."
Guan Shengye ignored him, and he just wanted to hold Yi Mu and sleep with him, not believing that he could stop him.
Then he discovered that Zong Ao, that lunatic, really hadn't slept all night.
Guan Shengye guessed that he was fast asleep, so he quietly sneaked to Yi Mu's door in the dark.
He put his hand on the doorknob and suddenly sensed something was wrong with the breathing behind him.
He turned his head and met Zong Ao's cold gaze.
Guan Shengye was lucky he didn't scream out in fright; this person was like a ghost, with no breath whatsoever.
"Are you out of your mind? Why aren't you sleeping in the middle of the night?"
Zong Ao smiled.jpg: "You weren't asleep either, were you? What's wrong? Couldn't find the bathroom in the middle of the night?"
He had already prepared all sorts of excuses for Guan Shengye, but Guan Shengye refused them, looking at him defiantly: "I'm here to see Yi Mu. His room has a big enough bed for two people."
Zong Ao thought to himself, "Are you looking for a beating in the middle of the night?" He clenched his fists, ready to give Guan Shengye an unforgettable night.
The bedroom door of Yi Mu suddenly opened, and the two of them were both startled.
Yi Mu walked out with his eyes half-closed, seemingly not even glancing at the two of them, and headed straight for the bathroom.
Guan Shengye watched as he was about to crash into the sofa, but unexpectedly, he stopped on his feet, turned around, and walked steadily into the bathroom.
This is the person who got up at night to relieve themselves.
