When Bai Lian returned, the first person she wanted to take revenge on was Yi Mu.
She had always remembered how he had humiliated her back then, making her suffer at the hands of that bitch, the supporting female character.
The love in Yi Mu's eyes did not diminish, but instead became even more intense. He was still as foolish as he was back then, utterly foolish beyond redemption.
A look of disgust flashed in Bai Lian's eyes, but her face remained incredibly affectionate.
"Brother Yimu, it's been two years. You seem even more handsome than before. You must have a girlfriend now."
Yi Mu looked at her adoringly, then shook his head: "No, I've always been single."
Bai Lian covered her mouth and chuckled, charmingly tucking her slightly curled hair around her neck. She looked at him with tender eyes, as if she had a thousand words to say.
"Xiao Lian—" Yi Mu seemed to be in a daze, raising his hand to touch her cheek.
Bai Lian took a step back and said coquettishly, "Brother Bai Lian, I am the young mistress of the Xi family. If you do this, it will cause misunderstandings."
With a single sentence, he stopped Yi Mu's hand. Disappointment flashed across his face, and he forced a smile: "I overstepped my bounds."
Caught a glimpse of a figure angrily leaving out of the corner of his eye, Yi Mu buttoned up his suit jacket, glanced longingly at Bai Lian, and said in a low voice, "I have something to do, I'm leaving now, have fun."
Bai Lian watched his lonely figure, a smug smile spreading across her lips. She knew Yi Mu couldn't escape her grasp.
A jealous male voice sounded beside me: "Why are you smiling at everyone like that? They've all left."
Bai Lian turned her head, and Zhong Yue's charcoal-black face came into view.
It's ridiculous for someone with dark skin to insist on wearing a white suit; it looks out of place and incredibly foolish.
Bai Lian pinched his cheek, her eyes and brows revealing helplessness: "You're such a jealous person, and you haven't even done anything to him."
Although Zhong Yue knew that what she said was true, he still felt uneasy.
When Bai Lian was abroad, she was popular with white people. On one or two occasions, she was sexually assaulted if he hadn't been watching her.
Zhong Yue took Bai Lian's hand and gently stroked it: "After you take revenge on Yi Mu and the female supporting character, don't forget your promise to me."
I left Nishi Junyan and the Nishi family.
Bai Lian awkwardly withdrew her hand, only to breathe a sigh of relief when she realized no one was looking at her.
“There are people everywhere. You should keep it to yourself. If word gets to Xi Junyan, you’re finished.”
Seeing her displeasure, Zhong Yue pursed his lips and muttered, "I understand."
As Yi Mu stepped out of the hotel, he took a deep breath. The night breeze was cool and much more refreshing than the polluted air inside.
He rubbed his face; his acting had been so over-the-top just now that his face was almost stiff.
But he managed to fool that fool Bai Lian and also let Xi Junyan know that he still liked Bai Lian.
Killing two birds with one stone, tonight's trip was worthwhile.
The hotel entrance was full of cars. Yi Mu didn't see Xi Junyan's Cayenne, so he took out his phone and called a Didi Chuxing (ride-hailing service).
The car arrived quickly, but it looked somewhat familiar from a distance.
With the car's high beams on, Yi Mu realized it was Xi Junyan's Cayenne when it came close enough to see it.
The car was going very fast when it suddenly braked in front of him. Before Yi Mu could even look inside the car, Xi Junyan opened the door and forcefully pushed him inside.
"drive."
The driver, trembling with fear, replied, "Yes!"
Yi Mu was placed on Xi Junyan's lap, a position that was far too humiliating for a man.
Nishi Junyan unbuttoned his shirt, one button at a time, from top to bottom.
By the third one, Yi Mu finally couldn't hold back any longer. He grabbed Xi Junyan's mischievous hand and asked in a deep voice, "What's wrong with you now?"
With a hint of impatience, Xi Junyan scolded the child and bit his ear.
