Chapter 64 Class Monitor, You're So Sweet 10

Yi Mu ate a huge amount of melon.

After Guan Shengye kicked the door open and left, the remaining people in the next private room also left one after another.

Imu finally met the irritable and easily angered teenager from the original story.

Judging from Jian Yiying's reaction to Guan Shengye at this moment, it seems that she was the one who developed feelings first.

This is different from the original plot development. In the original plot, Guan Shengye was the one who realized his feelings for Jian Yiying first.

No matter how much the two argued, Yi Mu was glad that he had timed his time travel perfectly.

Even before entering the main storyline, they have the freedom to make their own choices and don't have to play the damned, devoted second male lead.

After finishing his meal, Yi Mu slowly walked along the road back to school.

There's a small park next to Jungao High School, with a dozen or so towering cedar trees, making it a rare natural oxygen bar.

As Yi Mu walked in through the entrance, several students came out to greet him.

They kept looking back, their faces showing both lingering fear and excited gossip.

"Guan Shengye is really amazing, taking on the whole group from Yun Gao all by himself."

"They've got guts. They were the bosses before, and they only worked at the county high school for a day before they dared to come and provoke us."

"I heard that Guan Shengye went up there himself. He dared to take on more than a dozen people with just a stick. He's really awesome."

"When he was a freshman in high school, he only had a few followers and challenged the leaders of all four campuses. He was only sixteen years old at the time."

He's a madman, who dares to mess with him?

Those dozen or so inside were just unlucky; Young Master Guan was probably in a bad mood today and was just venting his anger on them.

"What you're saying is scary, let's go quickly."

Yi Mu paused, unsure whether to turn around and leave to avoid being caught in the crossfire, or kindly take out his phone to call the police.

Although those people just described Guan Shengye as incredibly awesome.

But can a boy who is not yet an adult really escape unscathed from a dozen or so boys of the same age?

Yi Mu remained skeptical, but began to walk further inside.

After leaving the Japanese restaurant, Guan Shengye was filled with anger and had nowhere to vent it.

He knew that some of the bad kids in Yun Gao would go to the grove at noon to ambush lone students and shamelessly demand money from them.

They call it protection money, but it's actually robbery.

Guan Shengye usually doesn't concern himself with these matters, but now that he's the boss, he can't let his subordinates go without any opportunities to make money.

But he's in a bad mood today and is ready to act on behalf of Heaven.

It's not simply about finding a human punching bag to vent your anger on those poor souls who got robbed.

The grove wasn't large, and as soon as Yi Mu walked in, he didn't see Guan Shengye, who was expected to be ganged up on.

He saw a group of boys lying on the ground next to him, howling in pain, while Guan Shengye himself was completely unharmed.

He stood in the middle, holding a stick, and spoke in the tone of a headmaster, viciously reprimanding the group of weaklings lying on the ground groaning.

"If you guys are so short of money, why don't you rob a bank? Did I teach you how to stop young girls?"

"Hand over all the stolen money; don't leave a single coin behind."

When the boss speaks, how dare the underlings disobey?

Not only did they steal the money, but they also handed over their breakfast money for tomorrow morning.

The money was piled up, with a few thousand scattered around.

Guan Shengye threw down the stick and tilted his head in annoyance.

"Get the hell out of here! If I ever see you robbing me again, I'll chop your hands off!"

The group of children, who had just been lying on the ground looking like they were about to die, scattered like birds and beasts, afraid that if they delayed even for a second, they would be tied to a tree by their leader and used as human punching bags.

Guan Shengye finally felt a sense of relief, and the tightness in his chest eased considerably.

He gathered the money from the ground, turned around, and saw Yimu smiling at him.

Yi Mu held up the box of sushi he was carrying and asked the dazed boy with a smile, "Do you like sushi?"
