More than a decade later, the adults' temples are graying, and the children who once toddled have all grown up.
After graduating from university, Yi Que joined the group and started as a junior employee.
The two siblings in the Qu family, the older sister went abroad to study, while the younger brother was admitted to the National Defense University.
The Qu family never imagined that a soldier might emerge from their family in the future.
Qu Yu didn't tell anyone when he filled out his college application. When the admission notice came out, everyone was stunned.

"Good lad, you've been hiding your true strength. Tell me, what reward do you want?"
Qu Yu, like a wolf cub, stared intently at the man he had been coveting for so long: "I want to be your boyfriend."
The air fell silent. Qu Yu thought Yi Que would find all sorts of reasons to reject him.
Yi Que simply smiled and gazed at the boy who had shot up to the sky and was very strong.
Do you even know what it means to like someone?
Qu Yu felt he had seen a glimmer of hope. His eyes lit up, and he replied without hesitation, "For all these years, you've been the male lead in my erotic dreams, don't you think?"
Yi Que smacked him on the head: "You've got some nerve, daring to flirt with me!"
Qu Yu was willing to study hard and get into military academy just to gain his approval, so what reason did Yi Que have to doubt his feelings?
The two started dating, but kept it a secret from their families, mainly because they were afraid that both sets of parents wouldn't accept it.
However well they try to hide it, it will eventually be discovered.
The National Defense School is very strict; students can only come back once a month.
Qu Yu is a boy in his prime, and since he's finally back, he'll definitely go all out in that kind of thing.
Since they couldn't stay at home, they had to go out and open a hotel.
As a result, one time, he ran into Rong Yan, who was on a business trip.
Rong Yan had long suspected something was wrong with his son. Every time he came home, he would rush out in a hurry. He didn't believe there was nothing fishy going on.
But the fact that this trick involved Yi Que is surprising.

Qu Yu breathed a sigh of relief when he heard this and realized that Rong Yan didn't seem to blame them.
"We've been doing this so secretly because we were afraid you wouldn't approve, but now everything's fine..."
Rong Yan slowly interrupted him, "What's so good about it? I have no problem here, but don't forget, your Uncle Yi and Uncle Qing don't know yet."
Qu Yu had already thought of this: "I'll tell them sooner or later. At worst, I'll just get a beating."
Getting a beating is the least of your worries. Luckily, they don't have a daughter, or those two would have let you off the hook.
Rong Yan stopped caring and told Qu Yu to fend for himself.
Yi Mu and Qing Yao eventually found out because Yi Que had a high fever and was very ill. Qu Yu was worried about Yi Que and secretly ran away from school in the middle of the night.
Yi Mu came out to get some water because he was thirsty, and heard some discordant noises coming from Yi Que's room.
He was very curious and wanted to know who that person was, but as a father, he couldn't be so shameless as to peep at someone's... you know.
The next morning, Yi Mu got up early and found that the Qu family boy had come out of his son's room.
Yi Mu: "..."
Qu Yu: "..." Should he kneel down first?
"Uncle Yi, um, I..."
Yi Mu looked at him meaningfully: "Young man, you're not bad."
Qu Yu was a little confused. What kind of reaction was this? Did it mean he was acknowledging him?
His school is three hours away from Yi's house. If he is delayed any longer, he will miss the morning reading session and will definitely be scolded.
