It was as if a secret, carefully hidden deep within her heart, had been suddenly exposed to the sunlight. Fear, apprehension, and unease overwhelmed Cinderella, leaving her mind blank for a few seconds.
Her face turned deathly pale. In just a few seconds, Cinderella felt as if her soul had been ripped from this world and she had been tormented in hell for a long time.
Immediately, her face flushed red, and all her emotions turned into a torrent of shame and anger, burning her eyes like molten lava.
Cinderella snatched the shorts from Charlene's hand, her soft, sweet voice turning shrill. "This has nothing to do with you! Your Highness! Please leave immediately! This is not a place for a crown prince!"
Xia Linyin was still holding the shorts in her hand. She hadn't expected Cinderella to react so strongly. At this moment, Cinderella looked like an angry bull.
It's like a hedgehog with all its quills standing up, not allowing anyone to get close, trying to scare away anyone who has designs on it, whether malicious or benevolent.

The prince's gentle voice brushed into her ears, his soft, comforting tone warmer than a spring breeze. Cinderella's fair ears turned red. She abruptly shoved Charlene's hand away, and because she used too much force, she pushed Charlene into the river.
Cinderella's expression changed, and without hesitation, she jumped down. Her slender but very strong arms tightly wrapped around Xia Linyin's waist. Pressed against Xia Linyin's body, Cinderella's heart couldn't help but flutter. She thought, "Your Highness's waist is so slender!"
It was so thin that she felt she could snap it in two with a little force.
Unlike other nobles who were arrogant, he was incredibly good-tempered as a prince.

“If your face weren’t so red, Cinderella, you would have a more forceful way of telling people to leave.”
Charlene laughed, but when she saw Cinderella bend down to pick up the mallet, she immediately took a few steps back. "Alright, alright, Cinderella, I'll leave right away. Don't be impulsive. I actually came here to deliver your invitation."
Xia Linyin pulled out an exquisite gold-embossed invitation, and while holding her head in her hands, she said briefly, "In three days, I will be holding a grand banquet in the palace. This is your invitation. You must come!"
Seeing Cinderella holding a club and glaring angrily at her, looking like she was on the verge of exploding, Xia Linyin quickly stuffed the invitation into Cinderella's chest and ran away.
Something came hurtling down from behind with a strong gust of wind, but Xia Linyin turned her head and successfully dodged the weapon—a club.
Her eyelids twitched, and Xia Linyin ran even faster.
Watching Charlene disappear from sight as she ran faster than a rabbit, Cinderella pulled out the invitation, glanced at it, and then put it away.
