Chapter 2023 The Master of Predicting the Future 141

Laughter reached her ears.

It's very jarring.

Liang Shan frowned.

She opened her mouth.

I want to say it, but I can't.

I'm afraid Luo Xindie will find out.

They knew she was being haunted by a ghost baby.

I was afraid of scaring her.

She simply bit her lower lip tightly.

The baby got angry and cried out in a sharp voice, "Say something!"

"Am I wrong? Didn't you say you'd play with me?"

"Didn't you say you wouldn't be with this man?"

You lied to me!

His mood suddenly plummeted.

Liang Shan's heart is aching.

She acted as if she had committed some heinous crime.

She felt she was both good and bad.

Her reddened eyes looked over into the cramped, dimly lit workshop.

The baby opened its mouth and cried loudly.

"You're lying, you're lying, you just don't like me."

"I..." Liang Shan quickly covered her mouth as soon as she opened it.

No, she can't speak.

She couldn't let Luo Xindie know.

So she chose to ignore it.

Ignore the child's accusations and hostility.

She sat up straight and closed her eyes.

Not long after.

The child made a terrifying scream.

Liang Shan heard Qi Nuo's painful groans.

She opened her eyes abruptly and turned her head to look over.

Then the child was seen lying on Zino's head.

The tiny hand was tearing at his wound.

In no time, the strip of cloth fell off.

The man's wound seemed to have been unlocked.

The bleeding wouldn't stop.

Liang Shan couldn't help but exclaim "Ah!"

"Get out of my way!" She slapped the child down with one hand.

It seems she's angry.

"Qinuo, Qinuo, are you alright?" Ignoring everything else, Liang Shan covered his bleeding wound with her hand.

She was so frightened that she cried.

Her face was deathly pale, and her makeup was smudged.

"Miss Luo, Miss Luo, please drive faster!"

She urged him on, her voice trembling with tears.

The child, however, refused.

He set up a smokescreen.

Make the car keep spinning in place.

"Mom, it would be better if he were dead." He laughed wickedly. "Haven't you always wanted him dead?"

"I'm helping you now, isn't that good?"

not good.

not good.

He died, and she couldn't go on living either.

Liang Shan cried until her vision blurred.

No matter what she did, she couldn't stop his wounds from healing.

The blood kept flowing, and soon, his blood was everywhere in the workshop.

"No, you mustn't kill him."

"No, I'm willing to give my life for his."

She no longer cared about anything, nor was she afraid of letting Luo Xindie find out.

Liang Shan screamed in anguish, "Take my life! I beg you, let him go! He's innocent!"

"Innocent?" The child laughed as if he had heard something funny.

Then, he crawled up from below, onto Zino, and punched him repeatedly.

Liang Shan tried to stop him, but she couldn't reach him no matter what she did.

She was desperate.

Right now, I just want to open the car door, jump out, and let the car hit me to end it all.

The commotion behind us was so great.

Rong Shang couldn't turn a blind eye.

With a squeak.

She simply stopped the car in the middle of the road.

She turned around and suddenly disappeared.

Danger was approaching, and the child sensed it.

He stopped what he was doing, turned around, and suddenly met the woman's cold gaze.

"..."

He laughed.

"Can you see me?"

"Release them." The voice was cold and devoid of any warmth.

Liang Shan was stunned when she heard that.

Tears were still clinging to her eyelashes.

She stared blankly.

He opened his lips, but a sentence stuck in his throat and he couldn't say it.

The child shook his head, a glint of something eerie in his sharp eyes. "No, you are not me."
