When I got back to my place that evening, I heard Hua Beixing arguing with his mother before I even got to the door.

Rong Shang frowned; she didn't actually want to pursue him.
Mrs. Kehua kept urging her, so she had no choice but to turn around and chase after her.
Night fell, and the sky was covered with dark clouds.
Hua Beixing had just walked to the car when the woman behind him called out to him.
He frowned, somewhat disgusted.
The footsteps behind me grew closer.
He turned around, his face displeased. "What are you doing?"

I originally thought she was listening to her mother and came out to find him and go back.

"Where?" Rong Shang pressed.

The anger suddenly subsided by more than half.

Afterwards, Rong Shang left in his car.

Just then, Madam Hua came out.
Surprisingly, she wasn't angry at all.
In the mirror, Rong Shang saw her smile as she lifted her lips.
For no apparent reason, she shivered.
I always felt that Madam Hua was plotting something.
"Hua Beixing, your mother is really scary."
She looked away and made a joke.
