As darkness fell, a blood-red full moon hung high in the night sky.
In the slightly chilly bedroom, with a gasp from Bo Yuan, she was thrown onto the bed by Allen. The thought of a man and a woman alone in a room together was dangerous.
With a quick turn, Bo Yuan tried to get out of bed.
Who knew that he would grab her waist and make her unable to move for a moment.
Soon, a bone-chilling cold swept over her from behind. Bo Yuan turned her head and saw that Allen had already hugged her tightly from behind.
"Don't be afraid, I won't touch you." Sensing her nervousness, Allen gently patted the back of her hand to reassure her. "I just want to hug you."
It will be over in a second.
Over the years, there have been so many things he hasn't told her.
He suddenly became serious, and Bo Yuan stopped struggling and stopped making a fuss, just quietly staying in his arms.
For some reason, every time Bo Yuan ran into him, she always had the illusion that they had known each other for a very long time.
Bo Yuan pursed her lips, turned her head again, and looked at his handsome features, asking, "Allen, have we known each other before?"
Many times, he would say things she couldn't understand at all, but for some reason, sometimes looking at his reactions, she always felt that what he said seemed to be related to her.
But Bo Yuan searched through her memories and found that it really had nothing to do with him.
She also wondered if it was just her imagination.
Could it be that Allen didn't mean that at all?
When she suddenly asked this question, Allen's gaze abruptly stopped. "Why do you ask that?"
"I feel like I've known you for a long time."
It's definitely not as simple as just getting along over the past few years.
Bo Yuan narrowed her eyes slightly, revealing a puzzled expression.
Alan was watching her from behind, and he knew she was curious about their past, so he instinctively wanted to tell her the truth.
But as soon as he got the words out, he suddenly remembered that she used to love Helian Junmo, and his heart ached. Suddenly, Allen lost his courage.
He forced a smile and denied it, "No, how could we possibly know each other in the past?"
"That must be your imagination."
Is that so?
Bo Yuan frowned. "I guess so."
"I was overthinking it."
"Mmm," Allen echoed, his eyes dimming slightly without him noticing.
Bo Yuan didn't notice anything wrong with him; she just felt that a bit too long had passed and he should... go back.
She patted his arm and said, "You should go back now," before turning around in his arms.
When their eyes met unexpectedly, Bo Yuan's face flushed red instantly.
But now, when Allen looked at her, the smile had vanished from his face. "Boyuan, do you like me?"
"..."
Do you want to be with me?
"I..." Bo Yuan lowered her eyes and suddenly hesitated.
In that instant, Allen immediately released his grip on her waist, gave a mocking laugh, and turned to look at the ceiling above him. "Actually, you don't have to force things when it comes to feelings. If you don't like someone, you just don't like them. You don't need to feel sorry."
"No." Panicked, Bo Yuan instinctively grasped his hand. Allen's expression froze. He turned to look at her and heard her say, "I'm just not sure if you're sincere with me."
No sooner had Bo Yuan finished speaking than Allen suddenly turned around. His gentle gaze was fixed on her, and his thin lips moved as he said, "Then I'll give you my life?"
As soon as he finished speaking, he stood up from beside Bo Yuan.
