Qian Aige's introduction was so simple that Cen Yu had already read it all in a short while.
He had never acted before, nor had he ever written any character biographies. He even suspected that Gu Hanyin was desperate and had come to him for help.
"How does it feel?" He Ci asked.
“Gu Hanyin is about to stumble,” Cen Yu said bluntly.
He Ci was now able to calmly face Cen Yu's various arguments. "So insecure?"
"Boss, don't try to provoke me." Cen Yu was still holding the newly opened mineral water bottle in her hand. "I can't act."
When he came in, Cen Yu had already successfully entered the talent show.
He had never acted before—
After leaving the second world and some of his memories returned to his mind, Cen Yu became increasingly certain of this.
Regarding himself, Cen Yu has only recovered part of his memories, but he is certain that he was not an actor before entering these instances.
Backstage on the night of the group's formation, the fragmented memories that flooded his mind were only of collapsed buildings and a dark, oppressive sky.
He didn't know what that meant, but he guessed that things weren't going well, otherwise why would he have come to these dungeon worlds?
He didn't need to say these things to He Ci, "I've never taken any acting classes."
He Ci, however, did not think this was a problem.
After all, some directors' muses had never acted before being discovered by the director.
In addition, Gu Hanyin is known for his ability to train actors. Since the other party already feels that Cen Yu has the shadow of Qian Aige, it is highly likely that the relationship will work out.
"Perhaps this is not a problem for Director Gu."
He Ci concluded their conversation with, "Take the biography back and think about it some more."
Cen Yu shrugged, stood up, and placed the bottled water on the table beside him. "Okay."
"When you go out, call Lao Gao in."
He Ci gave instructions.
...
Lao Gao is chatting with Assistant Lu.
Seeing Cen Yu come out, she was a little surprised, "So fast?"
"The boss wants you to come in," Cen Yu said, pointing to the office at the back.
Old Gao was a little hesitant, but he still opened the office door and went in.
Cen Yu glanced at Assistant Lu, who gestured for him to sit next to him. Cen Yu shook his head, his gaze sweeping around the vast Yunxing office area. "I'll go take a look around," he said.
This building has a recording studio and a dance studio. They did some intensive training in the dance studio in this building when they performed at the banquet a while ago.
Upon hearing Cen Yu's words, Assistant Lu instinctively wanted to stop him—
But then he thought, this is Yunxing's building, what problems could possibly arise? So he suppressed the urge to stop Cen Yu from wandering around. "I'll call you when Lao Gao comes out."
Cen Yu waved and disappeared from Assistant Lu's sight.
...
He stood at the elevator door, and seeing the door open and two people standing inside, he went in without hesitation.
"This is the elevator to the upper floor," one of the assistants reminded Cen Yu.
Cen Yu glanced at him, but since he was just wandering around, he said to the man, "It's alright."
"I'll go up first and then come down."
The assistant seemed to want to say something more, but was stopped by the man, who stood there and glanced at Cen Yu, "Which floor are you going to?"
Cen Yu remembered that the dance studio was on the 20th floor, so she gave the number 20.
"Going to dance practice?" The elevator doors had already closed, and the elevator started moving upwards again.
“Yes,” Cen Yu said. “And you?”
"Go to a meeting," the man said again.
"Are you a new trainee?"
"..." This person talks a lot.
If it weren't for the fact that this was inside Yunxing, and that only its artists and company employees had the authority to use the elevator, he would have suspected that this person was a paparazzo who had appeared out of nowhere.
Cen Yu glanced at the man out of the corner of her eye and saw that he was wearing a suit and did not have an employee badge on his chest. However, considering that the man had just said that he was going to a meeting and the numbers on the elevator panel were constantly rising, it was not hard to guess that the man was probably a senior executive of Yunxing.
“No.” Cen Yu turned to look at him. “I’m a member of a newly debuted boy band.”
"TINONE?"
Just as Cen Yu was about to reply, the elevator doors opened, and the floor display showed that they had reached the 39th floor.
The man nodded to Cen Yu, then left the elevator with his assistant, leaving Cen Yu staring blankly at his retreating figure.
Distracted like this, Cen Yu lost interest in wandering around the company. He simply went back to his original floor and saw Lao Gao still standing next to Assistant Lu, looking at him with a worried expression.
"...Did your boss scold you?" Cen Yu asked thoughtfully.
“It’s even worse than that.” Old Gao sighed, looking at Cen Yu. “I’m afraid I won’t be able to take you guys anymore.”
"...You got fired?"
"Get lost," Lao Gao cursed. "I've been transferred to lead other artists."
“You’ll have another executive agent take over later.” Old Gao said this with some hesitation in his expression. He glanced at Cen Yu and whispered, “An airborne force.”
Are they going to parachute in and take care of them?
"You don't get along with He Ci?"
"It's hard to say."
Old Gao shook his head, "His ideas don't quite align with He Ci's."
“During the previous meeting, he said that He Ci’s approach was too slow and his pace was too slow for a group that was only in a limited year and a half.”
Cen Yu immediately understood what Lao Gao meant—
This "parachute appointment" means that in just one and a half years, the company should desperately squeeze out their remaining value and fleece them all!
