A week ago, Cen Yu saw Song Xia in the video suddenly get up from her seat with alarm.
He looked towards the entrance to the screening room, wondering if there was any movement there.
Cen Yu looked at the surveillance camera in the corridor and saw that some strange creatures had appeared in the corridor... One of the creatures was quite tall, and he couldn't see its face clearly, but Cen Yu clearly recognized the coat it was wearing.
The thing, with its hunched back, slowly approached screening room number 5 where Song Xia was, and kept knocking on the door.
Finally, the doors to the screening room were smashed.
Song Xia hid behind his seat with a terrified expression... but soon he saw the coat and muttered something.
Cen Yu also saw the face of that thing in the surveillance footage. It was a young man who looked at Song Xia with a smile on his face.
He said something to Song Xia, seemingly calling Song Xia "brother".
Song Xia immediately ran over. In the scene, the man's coat hem was accidentally snagged by the seat and lifted up... A hand missing a little finger fell out of its abdomen.
Inside the open abdominal cavity was the body that was almost completely digested.
Song Xia paused for a second, looking at the hand lying on the ground. He pulled out an axe from his cloak, seemingly wanting to chop off the monster's head.
But the monster simply grabbed his neck and snapped it like a chick, then squatted down to enjoy its meal.
Soon, the monster in the picture transformed into Song Xia's appearance.
He looked distressed, muttering something to himself, before slowly leaving the movie theater.
"Bang bang."
Cen Yu noticed a knock on the locked monitoring room door. He turned off the monitor and went to open the door.
Song Xia looked at him hesitantly, "...This is the only place I haven't seen yet."
"Can I go in and take a look?" he asked Cen Yu. "Perhaps my brother left a message here."
Cen Yu stepped aside to let Song Xia enter the monitoring room. "It's too small in here," he said to He Yuxing. "He Yuxing, you can go out first."
"I'll be out in a bit."
