Chapter 211 Whoever owns the dog, call them over to claim it.

I'll give you a hammer!

Chu Xinxin almost slapped him across the face.

She tried her best to push him away, but Si Beiting didn't budge, and even squinted his eyes as if enjoying it.

Si Beiting: "If you don't want to be a simp, then I'll be your mobile blood bank. You can't refuse that, can you?"

Chu Xinxin was stunned, but she couldn't stop pushing him and fell into Si Beiting's arms.

Such a good thing!

Si Beiting immediately wanted to roll up his sleeves and let Chu Xinxin do as she pleased!

"Knock knock." There was a sudden knock on the door.

"Professor Chu, are you there?"

Wei Yan's voice rang out from outside the door.

Just as Chu Xinxin was about to answer, Si Beiting's expression changed and he covered her mouth.

Chu Xinxin looked up at him, confused. Si Beiting shook his head, signaling her to be quiet.

Wei Yan knocked on the door again, but there was still no response.

“Jack, I already told you Professor Chu has gone out.”

Wei Yan felt somewhat helpless.

"The security guard at the door didn't see her leave." Jack stared at the dormitory door lock, as if he wanted to stare a hole through it.

He asked, "Assistant Wei, do you have a key to Professor Chu's dormitory?"

Wei Yan's breath hitched: "How could I possibly have that!"

Even if I had it, I couldn't give it to you...

"Take the door down."

"This is Professor Chu's private space, you can't do this..."

Wei Yan was shoved aside by two strong soldiers who bumped him with their shoulders.

Jack said coldly, "Assistant Wei, I must correct you. There is no private property here. Everything belongs to the base."

The door was opened, but the room was empty.

The room is simply decorated and can be seen from the doorway.

Jack glanced into the bathroom, but no one was there.

The windows were also closed from the inside.

He was still not giving up, so he opened the window and looked outside.

Behind the window was a narrow alley, and there was no one there.

"Let's go look around somewhere else." Jack glanced around again before walking out.

"Jack, you can contact Professor Chu through her AI. She should be able to get back after receiving the message."

"This is a confidential matter and can only be communicated verbally."

"But......"

The people outside the door gradually walked away.

After a while, the ventilation vent in the toilet was opened, and Si Beiting jumped down first.

Then he looked up and opened his arms: "Jump down, I'll catch you."

Then, a soft, warm body with a faint smell of disinfectant fell into his arms.

Si Beiting was very careful not to touch any sensitive parts of Chu Xinxin's body, and immediately let go of her hand after she regained her balance.

"Why did Jack suddenly contact you?" Si Beiting quietly walked behind the door and pressed his ear against it.

A faint sound came from the end of the corridor; there must be a soldier guarding that spot.

There are people watching you from every corner of the entire research institute, sister.

Chu Xinxin remained expressionless, but inwardly she wondered, "Is it because of that autopsy report?"

"Yes, but don't worry, sister, I've restored the report to its original, unopened state."

The system's tone was quite smug.

Chu Xinxin breathed a sigh of relief and sincerely said thank you.

[Sister, you and Si Beiting go out the window. I'll create some chaos to distract you.]

"Um."

......

The search is ongoing.

Jack sat in Chu Xinxin's laboratory, his face grim as he reviewed the documents presented to him by his subordinates.

Wei Yan stood aside, furious but unable to speak out, watching helplessly as the neatly folded materials were rummaged through.

Many of the laboratory instruments were overturned, falling to the ground and shattering into glass shards.

"Neither of you have really read this report?"

Unable to find anything out, Jack had no choice but to raise his head again and press Wei Yan for answers.

"Jack, this report is still sealed." Wei Yan was furious. "You've asked about it at least ten times!"

"But taking it out of the dissection room violates the Al-Qaeda Convention. According to Article 104 of the Al-Qaeda Convention, you will be arrested..."

Before Jack could finish speaking, all the lights in the entire laboratory suddenly went out.

The entire research institute was filled with noise.

"Insulated box!"

Wei Yan didn't care what Jack was going to say next. He only knew that if the temperature in the incubator was not high enough and the virus in the petri dish lost its activity, Chu Xinxin might kill herself.

"Don't move!"

Jack's men executed an over-the-shoulder throw, slamming Wei Yan into a pile of broken glass.

"Let's go see what happened?"

"Jack gave the order."

"It's a lieutenant general!"

"Reporting to the General..." The soldier looked speechless, "Two households were arguing and mistakenly cut the research institute's power line, thinking it was the other's. The maintenance personnel are working urgently to repair it."

Jack frowned: "Take Wei Yan and everything in this laboratory with you."

"Who dares!"

Chu Xinxin walked in with a cold face.

Having just gotten her clothes dirty hiding in the ventilation vent, Chu Xinxin changed into a violet cheongsam, her hair pulled back, and wore delicate high heels, looking as if she had just returned from a banquet.

She stood up straight, exuding an aura of a queen, and walked slowly to Jack, her cherry lips slightly parted: "Get out."

Jack's expression twisted for a moment: "Professor Chu, you're the one who should get lost..."

“These…” Chu Xinxin pointed to the messy documents on the table, “and these…”

Broken glass everywhere...

"You did all of this?"

Chu Xinxin's voice was very soft, but her dark pupils were filled with suppressed anger.

Jack continued talking to himself as if he hadn't heard him: "You colluded with anatomist Jiang Mo to dissect zombies without authorization, and then instructed your assistant Wei Yan to take the autopsy report out of the dissection room, violating the base's covenant..."

"I'll ask you one more time, did you do it?"

"Article 104, you will be sentenced to at least three years in prison..."

"Smack!"

Jack's face was slapped to the side.

Chu Xinxin withdrew her hand: "I'll ask you one last time, did you do it?"

There seemed to be warm liquid dripping from the corner of Jack's mouth. He wiped it with his fingertip; it was blood.

"Professor Chu is usually so gentle and mild-mannered, this is truly a pleasant surprise..." Jack stepped forward, his anger palpable. "So what if I did it..."

Chu Xin wanted to make his face symmetrical, but Jack grabbed her hand halfway up.

"You think I'll be in the same place again... Ouch!"

Jack clutched his groin and collapsed to the ground in agony.

Chu Xinxin was still not satisfied. She stomped on Jack's face, the thin heel of her high heel digging into his skin like nails: "Who do you think you are? Running wild in my place? Don't you know your own limitations!"

The people around were stunned by Chu Xinxin's groin-crushing kick; one or two of them stood there dumbfounded, and not a single person stepped forward to stop her.

"I'm giving you three minutes to restore the lab to its original state!"

Just as Jack was about to struggle to his feet, Chu Xinxin appeared in his hand with a syringe. Inside the transparent tube was a zombie virus that was almost blackish-green...

"Lieutenant General Jack, do you know what this is?" Chu Xinxin's voice rang in his ear: "This is the third evolution of the zombie virus. Currently, humanity has no way to counteract it..."

Jack's neck hairs stood on end.

"Please don't move, I can't guarantee my hands won't shake."

The thin needle was about to pierce Jack's skin.

"Lieutenant General Jack, my request isn't excessive, is it?" Chu Xinxin asked calmly.

"Do as she says!"

Jack lowered his head, concealing the chilling glint in his eyes...

......

"Professor Chu, we've finished preparing. Now, would you like to release our lieutenant general?"

"If you don't let go, whoever owns the dog will come and claim it..." Chu Xinxin's attitude was very firm.

She didn't care if he was a lieutenant general or a lieutenant general. If he dared to smash her laboratory, she would stomp on his face!

In every sense of the word!

Upon hearing the news, Director Wu rushed over: "Oh my dear lady, one should be lenient when possible! For my sake, let's just let this matter go?"

"Your face?" Chu Xinxin smiled coldly, her sarcasm evident: "Your face is worthless to me."

"Yes, yes, I'm worthless..." Director Wu wiped his sweat while forcing a smile, "Then for the sake of the city lord, put the syringe down first."

"I won't let go..."

The thin needle was pushed in a little further, and Jack felt it pierce his skin!
