Chu Xinxin almost slapped him across the face.
She tried her best to push him away, but Si Beiting didn't budge, and even squinted his eyes as if enjoying it.

Chu Xinxin was stunned, but she couldn't stop pushing him and fell into Si Beiting's arms.

Wei Yan's voice rang out from outside the door.

Chu Xinxin looked up at him, confused. Si Beiting shook his head, signaling her to be quiet.
Wei Yan knocked on the door again, but there was still no response.
“Jack, I already told you Professor Chu has gone out.”
Wei Yan felt somewhat helpless.
"The security guard at the door didn't see her leave." Jack stared at the dormitory door lock, as if he wanted to stare a hole through it.
He asked, "Assistant Wei, do you have a key to Professor Chu's dormitory?"
Wei Yan's breath hitched: "How could I possibly have that!"
Even if I had it, I couldn't give it to you...
"Take the door down."
"This is Professor Chu's private space, you can't do this..."
Wei Yan was shoved aside by two strong soldiers who bumped him with their shoulders.
Jack said coldly, "Assistant Wei, I must correct you. There is no private property here. Everything belongs to the base."
The door was opened, but the room was empty.
The room is simply decorated and can be seen from the doorway.
Jack glanced into the bathroom, but no one was there.
The windows were also closed from the inside.

Before Jack could finish speaking, all the lights in the entire laboratory suddenly went out.
The entire research institute was filled with noise.

Just as Jack was about to struggle to his feet, Chu Xinxin appeared in his hand with a syringe. Inside the transparent tube was a zombie virus that was almost blackish-green...

Jack's neck hairs stood on end.
