It was several days later when this news reached Wei Yucheng's ears.

After Lin Han finished eating and drinking, while paying the bill, he overheard two women complaining about the man riding a horse on the street.

Jia Yan didn't hear the disdain in Lin Han's tone. She thought Lin Han was scared after learning her identity, so she said to Lin Han smugly.
"Miss Jia, I sincerely recommend that you see a doctor. You are really quite ill." Lin Han began to worry about Jia Yan's intelligence.
"You bitch, who are you calling sick!" Jia Yan realized that Lin Han was cursing her, and she immediately felt a surge of anger.
"Who are you calling a bitch?" Lin Han said, holding the ends of her hair in her hand and retorting without hesitation as she listened to Jia Yan's insults.
"I'm insulting you!" Jia Yan replied without noticing anything amiss.
However, some of the onlookers sensed something was wrong. They were initially hesitant to laugh, but after hearing someone start laughing, they burst into unrestrained laughter.
The person leading the charge was Lin Han.
"Haha, you're quite self-aware." Lin Han laughed at Jia Yan without hesitation.
Jia Yan then realized she had been tricked and raised her whip to strike Lin Han's face.
Lin Han naturally dodged this attack. Seeing that the other party had already started to make a move, it would not be in Lin Han's nature not to fight back.
So Lin Han decisively placed the little girl in a safe spot and immediately drew his sword to fight Jia Yan.
