Their hearts were filled with contradictions and turmoil. They had fallen into a dark abyss from which they could not extricate themselves.
All of this was being monitored by 003. 003 relayed their plan to Lin Qian, who, upon learning of it, decided to stop waiting to die and find a way to protect herself and her family.
