He returned home happily, but the door was locked and the tenant was not there. This was a bit disappointing, but it didn't matter. He was not busy today and could wait.

Old Lady Sun looked him up and down with disdain. His face was unshaven and dirty. Although he was in his early forties, he looked like a widower in his fifties or sixties. "Where are you from?"

Old Mrs. Sun spat a mouthful of thick phlegm at him, picked up her vegetable basket and left. She had to quickly inform Xiao Yuan to hide the money because his ungrateful father was back to cause trouble again.
