And so Chi Yuan endured the longest and most difficult meal of his life.
As he swallowed the last bite with difficulty, Chi Yuan swore that he would never be jealous again in this lifetime!
But he was proven wrong the very next second.
"Did I make a good drink?" Shen Yulou wanted to tease him when she saw his doubtful expression.
Although Chi Yuan never wanted to drink again in his life, he nodded without hesitation when faced with Shen Yulou's question.
"I'll make it for you again next time?" Shen Yulou smiled even more happily.
Chi Yuan gritted his teeth and forced out a "Okay" from his dry throat.
Shen Yulou put down his spoon, got up, wiped his hands with a wet tissue, and happily walked to Chi Yuan's side, took his arm, and headed upstairs.
