"Baby, throw him over here!"
Shen Yulou and Sirens were outside playing catch with the little one.
The little boy used all his strength to throw the ball out.
Strange, the baby got lost so far!
The little guy was chewing on his hand, somewhat surprised that the ball, which he usually couldn't throw far, had actually reached Shen Yulou this time.
With a gentle squeeze, Shen Yulou caught the bouncy pufferfish balloon.
"then!"
Shen Yulou immediately threw the ball towards Sirens.
The family of three kept tossing the pufferfish balloon around, one tossing it to the other.
Tired from tossing, Shen Yulou nestled in Sirens' arms with the little one to rest.
"How about I take you guys out to play tonight?"
Sirens kissed Shen Yulou's forehead, thinking that the little prince would probably like to listen to music.
Tonight, the god of music, Portland, is hosting a musical feast and has specially invited all the gods to come and enjoy his new piece.
He wanted to take the Little Prince with him to listen.
Where should we go for fun?
Shen Yulou wrapped his arms around Sirens' neck and gave him a sticky kiss on the chin.
"I'll take you to listen to some really good music."
Sirens felt the little prince nuzzle against his chest, which seemed to indicate his agreement.
The family of three took a nap, and Shen Yulou obediently closed his eyes at Sirens's request.
When they opened their eyes again, they found themselves in an ethereal Garden of Eden, filled with enchanting music.
Shen Yulou looked down and realized that, without her noticing, both her and Sirens's fish tails had turned into a pair of legs.
She was also dressed in a gorgeous embroidered robe.
Sirens held Shen Yulou's hand as they strolled across this beautiful land.
Some of the gods gathered in groups to exchange ideas, some danced gracefully in open spaces, and others fiddled with their scepters...
Occasionally, you can see cute little angels with white wings flitting among the grass.
They would offer their favorite deity a beautiful flower or a lovely kiss.
The little boy seems to really like these kids who look to be his age.
In a childish voice, it tried to attract the attention of the little angels in the forest and touch their wings.
Several little angels had somehow climbed onto Shen Yulou's back, looking curiously at the chubby baby in her arms.
At that moment, several deities appeared before them.
"Sirens, it's been a long time!"
A god with a full head of golden hair and radiating a warm white light greeted everyone first, his smile radiant and instantly healing.
Seeing Shen Yulou next to Sirens, a look of surprise flashed in his eyes, but he still politely extended his hand.
"Apollonius, the God of Light."
"Hello, Muse, the Mermaid King's child."
Upon hearing Shen Yulou's identity, Apollonius looked somewhat uncomfortable.
Then he began to comfort himself, thinking, "What if I'm just overthinking it?"
What if the Muse and the Sirens were just good friends?
Although he knew that some gods did not pay much attention to ethics, Sirens should not be such a god.
In the eyes of the god of light, the mermaids were the children created by Sirens.
No wonder he felt uncomfortable.
But his comfort was quickly shattered when the baby in Shen Yulou's arms gave Apollonius a silly smile.
"Oh!"
My brother shines!
My brother is the sparkly one that my little one likes!
The little guy opened and closed his tiny hands, trying to catch the pure white holy light on the God of Light.
"He is..."
Looking at the innocent baby in Shen Yulou's arms, Apollonius was somewhat at a loss.
This was the first time he had ever seen such a small child, apart from Cupid and little angels.
"My son!"
Sirens pinched the little guy's chubby cheek, causing Apollonius's gaze to unconsciously focus on the little guy's face.
The only solace was shattered.
