As Shen Meiren finished speaking, she touched the back of her neck shyly.
"I should thank you for taking me in, otherwise I would be sleeping on the streets."
Chi Yuan was quite glad that Shen Yulou hadn't made him sleep on the street, but instead dragged him back to the bedroom to sleep.
