Teaching magic at Hogwarts (4)

"Okay, I'll try my best."

Shen Yulou gave himself a "keep it up" gesture.

Guangguang put away his notebook, and the small sailboat began to move forward quickly.

"Yes, Master. That concludes my introduction. I'm heading back to the system space now."

As the small boat was about to reach the shore, Guangguang prepared to leave.

"I hope that the host's mission will go smoothly this time, making the magical world a better place."

After he finished speaking, Guangguang's figure gradually dimmed until he disappeared.

"OK, find."

Shen Yulou shrugged, looking at the land so close at hand, as the thunderclouds over the sea gradually disappeared.

The long-awaited sunlight shone on his face.

“Wizards.”

"Wele to the world of magic."

...

We had just landed, not yet directly arrived in the city of London.

Shen Meiren sold some gold jewelry, exchanged it for some pounds, bought a few sets of clothes, and boarded a train to London.

After changing trains several times and traveling for several days, Shen Yulou finally arrived in London.

"It is now...1990."

Before getting off the train, Shen Yulou carefully studied every small advertisement pasted on the train.

Although Shen Meiren's English wasn't very good, she relied entirely on gestures to communicate with foreigners along the way.

However, he still recognizes numbers and some basic words.

"My God, the smog is terrible!"

As soon as I got off the bus, the air was filled with dust, and everything in sight was blurry with extremely low visibility.

"The consequences of the Industrial Revolution."

Shen Yulou sighed, feeling somewhat wistful.

He took a handkerchief from the leather trunk and covered his nose, preparing to head to the first stop on his wizarding journey:

Diagon Alley

Gracechurch St, London EC3V 1LT

Leadenhall Market, London

Shen Yulou entered the market and found a blue shop in the bull-head aisle.

"So this is the Break the Cauldron Bar?"

As soon as I pushed open the door, cheerful music rushed into my ears.

The aroma of alcohol and food in the air is intoxicating.

The wizards chatted and talked, their English gushing out like bullets, some with heavy accents.

Shen Yulou wanted to inquire about some gossip, but he couldn't understand it.

"I should learn some English first!"

"I heard the butterbeer here is really good, I'll try it. I also heard the mead is pretty good."

Carefully recalling the famous dishes from the Leaky Cauldron in his mind, Shen Yulou decided to first go to Gringotts Wizarding Bank to exchange some Galleons.

After buying some things, I'll come back for a drink and maybe book a room at the Leaky Cauldron for a few days.

While pondering this, I walked through the back door of the Leaky Cauldron bar into the courtyard.

“Starting from the trash can, count three pieces up, then count two pieces horizontally.”

Muttering to himself about his memorization notes, he took out his umbrella and tapped it on the wall a few times. The densely packed bricks began to move and rearrange.

A final, brand-new world appeared before Shen Yulou.

Enter through the second silver door of Gringotts.

The surrounding fairies were short and small, using all sorts of tools to calculate and appraise treasures.

Some of the passing elves looked at others with intense disdain.

"It's really funny how arrogant these elves are."

Shen Yulou observed everything like a curious child.

Carrying a leather case, Shen Yulou arrived at the lobby of Gringotts and began his business in broken English.

"I feel so sorry for you."

Five pounds could only buy one Galleon. Even Shen Meiren, who had never worried about money, couldn't help but feel sad when she looked at her empty purse.

"I still need to find a job here, otherwise I won't be able to survive."

He carefully counted the Galleons in his money bag.

Only after confirming that the greedy fairy hadn't stolen any of his money did Shen Yulou leave satisfied.
