"Secondly, he is my child, the one I gave birth to."
"Yes, that's it. Just keep it to yourself."
Shen Yulou nodded, ignoring the bewildered Richard, and covered herself and the baby with a blanket to prepare for sleep.
Richard, realizing what was happening, grabbed Shen Yulou's blanket and then crawled inside.
"What did you say? I didn't understand. Explain it to me again."
He grabbed Shen Yulou's shoulders from behind and shook him violently.
"Simply put, he is my child and your child, with both Gonzalez family blood and my blood."
"Yes, that's right, that's it."
Shen Yulou turned around and patted Richard's cheek.
"As for an explanation, I haven't thought of one yet. You just need the facts."
"Huh? Huh? Huh?"
"What do you mean by 'I don't want to make it up'? Give me an explanation, please."
Richard was howling behind her, and Shen Yulou couldn't quiet down even if she wanted to.
"Alright, legend has it that in the ancient East there is a magical secret technique that can..."
Shen Yulou's persuasive rhetoric completely fooled Richard.
"Okay, that's it. I'm going to sleep now."

Holding Richard's face in her hands, Shen Yulou gave him a big kiss, then covered herself with the blanket and fell peacefully asleep with her baby.
Richard was left alone, his eyes wide open until dawn.
The next day, Tian yawned as she pushed open the door and saw Richard standing in the living room.
He was still holding the restless, squirming baby in his arms.
"elder brother?"
Tian was puzzled.
"What are you doing standing here? Where is Teacher Muse?"
When Richard turned around, Tian was startled.
Richard's eyes were covered in dark circles, clearly indicating that he hadn't slept all night.
"Brother, what's wrong with you?"
Tian cautiously observed her brother, who now possessed a rather dark aura.
If he hadn't been holding the baby in his arms, Tian would have reasonably suspected he would have brandished his wand and cast a killing spell on himself.
Richard shook his head to indicate that he was fine.
"Muse hasn't gotten up yet, but the baby is awake so I'm taking him out to play for a while."
"Go and have breakfast first."
Tian gave Richard a puzzled look, then turned and left.
He kept turning back to look at himself, feeling somewhat worried.
My brother is so strange.
But it seems like my brother often says similar things and uses the same tone.
It seems like there's no problem.
"Huh? Ta-ta?"
The little one hugged Richard's neck, his rosy little mouth kissing his father's chin.
Why doesn't Daddy lift the baby up high? The baby wants to fly!
The little guy kicked his legs in Richard's arms, his little bottom bouncing on his arm.
Unfortunately, Richard ignored the baby's meaning. He lifted the chubby baby up and kissed his forehead.
"Dad is fine, don't worry."
The little one looked into his father's eyes, then obediently buried his head in Richard's arms and started chewing on his hand.
Dad looks very tired. Oh well, let the little one play by himself.
Richard held the baby by the window for a while, lost in thought, when Shen Yulou quietly put her arm around his shoulder.
"Didn't you sleep at all last night?"
Taking the baby from his arms, Shen Yulou tiptoed and kissed his eyes.
"You go get some sleep first, I'll watch over him."
Richard shook his head, sat down on the sofa, and poured himself a cup of coffee.
"How is it? Still can't accept it?"
Shen Yulou sat down opposite him, took the little boy's hand and made him wave to Richard.
"No, I've already accepted it, I just can't sleep."
"Why?"
"I was probably too emotional last night, and now I'm really tired, but I can't fall asleep."
"Then why do you still drink tea?"
Shen Yulou snatched his teacup and drank all the tea in it.
"Drinking tea can refresh you, didn't you know?"
Richard nodded.
"But I can't sleep either, so I'll try to perk myself up and become more awake."
