The Malfoy family

Draco had just returned from a trip to Austria with his friends, and he was still carrying his briefcase.

The moment he stepped into the manor, Xiaolong felt uneasy, though he didn't know where this unease came from.

"Little Dragon, come here!"

Narcissa stood in the corridor, smiling and waving at him.

Where is Dad?

Draco rushed over and gave his mother a big hug.

Narcissa, her eyes red, kept stroking Draco's cheeks and hands.

"Your father is inside."

"Trust me, no matter what you see, don't panic, okay?"

"Your mom and dad will protect you."

Xiaolong has a very happy family and parents who treat him very well.

They loved each other deeply.

This is beyond question.

Looking into Narcissa's eyes, Draco realized something and gripped his mother's wrist tightly.

His breathing became erratic.

"It's that mysterious person, it's Voldemort..."

Before Xiaolong could finish speaking, Narcissa grabbed his hand and pulled him inside.

"No...Mom, give me some time, I haven't..."

Little Dragon struggled behind Narcissa, trying to buy time.

He knew, he knew that joining the Death Eaters now was the best option for him.

He knew his father was a Death Eater, so he should be like his father in order to gain Voldemort's trust and status.

He knew the Malfoy family was a pure-blood family, and for the sake of the Malfoy family's interests, he should support Voldemort.

Draco knows. Draco knows everything.

But Draco had already figured it out.

He just doesn't want to right now.

He didn't want to become a Death Eater.

Nobody likes Death Eaters!

At least the Muse wouldn't, Dumbledore wouldn't, Harry and his friends and teachers wouldn't, and neither would Tian from the Gonzalez family...

In the cramped room, light and shadow intertwine, as if a sharp blade has completely divided the world into light and darkness.

Draco squinted, trying to make out the faces of the two figures in front of him.

"Draco."

A familiar voice rang out, and Xiaolong suddenly opened his eyes wide.

It's Dad.

Who is the person next to Dad?

Draco tried to see clearly using the light coming through the window, but Narcissa drew the curtains.

With candlelight illuminating all around, Draco realized that Lucius was facing him directly.

But why couldn't he see his father's face clearly just now?

Was it because Dad was standing in the shadows in the corner?

Draco shook his head and noticed that his mother had already moved to stand next to his father.

"Draco, good boy!"

Voldemort's voice was always like a snake, making people feel sticky and suffocated.

Draco, hearing this sound for the first time, got goosebumps all over and involuntarily took a few steps back.

"Lord, Draco is still young and doesn't understand."

Lucius turned to Voldemort with a forced smile, while Narcissa bit his head with a worried expression.

"Don't refuse."

Draco understood his mother's frantically repeated lip movements.

What should we not refuse?

With rapid breathing, Voldemort, who had been facing away from him, turned around.

Xiao Long clenched his fists. The moment he saw Voldemort's full appearance, he felt his heart stop beating.

My blood was flowing backwards, and my whole body felt cold and stiff.

"Lucius, it seems your child is quite afraid of me?"

Faced with Voldemort's mocking eyes, Draco could only twitch his lips, unable to utter a single word.

"Lord, he was just intimidated by your aura."

"Draco has never seen a leader as intimidating as you in his entire life."

Lucius kissed the back of Voldemort's hand.

Draco nodded stiffly, under the frantic urging of his mother's eyes.

"I don't need that face that I find utterly repulsive."

Voldemort pulled his hand away from Lucius's and slowly approached Draco.

Draco emotionally wanted to back down, but reason told him he couldn't.

If he backs down now, it could cause Lucius and Narcissa even more trouble.
