001: "That's really not a scam."
Emperor Xiu suppressed a laugh, but since the original owner's target was Q, he didn't stop him.
Before the call ended, Cheng's mother's phone rang. It was a neighbor from next door, saying that someone claiming to be Q was looking for them.
They looked at each other in bewilderment, then quickly closed the shop and went home.
The neighbor was also seeing a teacher personally come to recruit students for the first time. He waited with the recruitment teacher at the bottom of the stairs, and when he saw the three of them, he quickly said, "It's him, Cheng Shuo."
Mr. and Mrs. Cheng led them upstairs and into the house, where neighbors also came to join in the fun.
Di Xiu asked them what they wanted to drink, then brewed some tea. There were no fancy rules; he simply sprinkled some tea leaves into disposable cups and poured in the hot water he had boiled that morning.
The admissions officers followed him around, showering him with praise.

Di Xiu sat down between Cheng's parents, and the teacher immediately shifted his focus to him, preparing to reason with him and appeal to his emotions. He smiled and said, "Teacher, there's no need to say anything more. My original goal was also your school's computer science program."
They sat and chatted for over an hour. Seeing that Cheng's parents seemed uncomfortable, Di Xiu started dealing with the teacher himself.
When the time came, they checked the results, but none were displayed. Cheng's parents were stunned for a moment before quickly asking, "Why aren't there any results? Shuo Shuo, check again quickly."
The teacher pointed to the small print at the bottom of the webpage and explained, "The top 50 in the province are not published online. Your child did very well on the exam."
