The emperor saw the empress dowager out of the corner of his eye, but did not stop. Instead, he went towards Jiang Yi who was sitting at the top.
Jiang Yi looked a little tired. Although she was forcing herself to sit there, Wei Ning could see the fragility in her eyes.
