What can you do? Meow like a cat or bark like a dog?
Shen Yibai lowered his eyes again, and while sitting next to him, he did not forget to pull Chu Ci towards him.
Mother Shen couldn't help laughing when she saw this. It was rare for her to see such naked hostility and dissatisfaction on her son's face.
But the little kitten in her arms seemed to be very interested in Chu Ci, and her little head kept looking in Chu Ci's direction.
The little paw stretched out and hooked Shen's mother's clothes, looking like he wanted to go over but didn't dare to.
This made Mother Shen raise her eyebrows slightly. The little kitten in her arms was indeed brave, but it took some time to adapt. It took more than an afternoon for it to get closer to her after coming home.
Chu Ci had only been sitting here for a few minutes, and this little guy couldn't help but want to rush out?
But looking at her son's face, Mother Shen still held the little kitten in her arms and told it not to move around. It would be bad if Shen Yibai really found a chance to throw it away.
Mother Shen thought so and pinched the cat's little paw pad in her arms, smoothing its fur. Only after she felt comfortable with it did the cat no longer want to get close to Chu Ci.
Not long after, Shen's father also came back from the company, and the family had dinner.
The little kitten also ran to its own bowl and ate the cat food in the bowl with a smacking sound.
At the dinner table, Father Shen and Mother Shen were discussing their experiences in raising cats, as well as the cat-raising strategies they had recently found, both looking very interested.
Shen Yibai clearly realized that it was unlikely to throw the cat away, a fact that made him unhappy.
What made him even more dissatisfied was that Chu Ci would interject from time to time, mostly praising the kitten for being pretty and cute.
He has never liked other people or things coming into contact with Chu Ci, especially things that Chu Ci is interested in.
Listening to the conversation of several people, Shen Yibai silently shoveled rice into his mouth.
Although he was just as silent before, he could at least say a word or two, but during this meal, he didn't say a word.
You can tell that he is indeed angry.
Chu Ci smiled as she watched him eat. Mother Shen couldn't help laughing as well. Father Shen, who didn't know what was going on, looked bewildered and glanced at his wife with doubt.
Then Chu Ci picked up a green pepper with chopsticks and put it to his lips.
Shen Yibai looked at the green pepper and pursed his lips tightly.
A pair of dark brown eyes subconsciously raised to look at Chu Ci's eyes.
He met Chu Ci's eyes with a hint of grievance in his eyes. Then he opened his mouth and put the green pepper directly into his mouth. He swallowed it without chewing it.
This guy has always been very picky. He is very picky about many things, and he is especially picky about food. Out of ten things, you can count five or six that this young master will not eat. He is picky and difficult to please.
Normally, he could eat a few things under Chu Ci's supervision, but for things like green peppers, he would refuse to touch them no matter how much she persuaded him.
With an indifferent expression on his face, he shoveled two chopsticks of rice into his mouth and looked at Chu Ci with a frown.
Accusing her of the cruelty of feeding him green peppers.
Not only was he angry, he was so angry that he even ate the green peppers.
Chu Ci smiled silently while holding the chopsticks. The little kitten over there seemed to be out of water or something, and kept meowing. Father and Mother Shen were very fond of the little guy now.
