Looking at her like this, Lu Tang paused and couldn't help but curl up the corners of his lips.
The little girl looked around, then turned her gaze to him and stared at him for two seconds before coming in.
The people behind him were still chattering about his girlfriend, and the topic was getting more and more exaggerated. Lu Tangmei's heart skipped a beat, and he raised his foot and kicked the table next to him lightly, which just attracted the attention of everyone around him.
The old man sat steadily on his chair, glanced at them, and said, "Shut up."
Why are you asking me to shut up for no reason?
Shao Jiangxun looked forward and saw Chu Ci packing her things with her schoolbag. Without thinking, he said, "My little classmate hasn't gone home yet?"
Chu Ci responded while stuffing things into her schoolbag, but her voice didn't sound very happy.
Lu Tang raised his eyebrows slightly, understood what was going on, glanced at Shao Jiangxun, and then looked at the sky outside.
It's getting dark faster now, and it's really late today...
Just as he was thinking this, he saw Chu Ci pack up her things, put the small backpack on her back, stood up and walked towards him, blinked, and put the things in her hand on his desk.
Lu Tang was stunned for a moment, then he looked over with his eyes down, and saw a piece of something that looked like toffee sealed with white plastic paper on the table. It was in a simple white package, and there was no information about the manufacturer on it.
Chu Ci's sweet voice seemed to be a little low because she was worried about the others, but it was still pleasant to hear. "This is the milk candy made by our aunt. I think it tastes better than the ones sold outside. I saved a piece for you. You can try it later. I'll go home first. See you next week."
The little girl placed the candy in her hand on Lu Tang's desk, waved her hand, and walked out of the classroom.
Lu Tang looked at the candy on the table and paused slightly.
'Lu Tang's love value +5, currently 13.'
Patrolman Shao Jiang turned his head to take a look and muttered, "Another candy delivery?"
This wave of operations looks really familiar.
"But little classmate, don't you know that our Brother Lu won't accept anything sent by anyone..."?
Before Shao Jiangxun could finish his words, Lu Tang raised his hand and took the piece of candy in his hand. Instead of throwing it into the trash can, he played with it between his fingers for a few times. He just sat in his seat with a raised eyebrow and looked up at him who was choked by his words.
"Don't call me a classmate." Lu Tang said in a calm voice. He stood up and walked out. "You guys go play first. I'll be there later."
"Hey hey hey, Brother Lu?"
Until the classroom door closed, everyone inside looked at each other.
What is going on?
After walking out of the classroom, Lu Tang saw from the window that Chu Ci had already left the teaching building. He opened the packaging bag of the candy and put it in his mouth. The mellow sweet taste spread in his mouth. Lu Tang narrowed his eyes, quickened his pace, and went downstairs.
Chu Ci walked out of the school gate and looked at the milk tea shop not far away, hesitating. She lowered her head to look at her watch, but finally gave up temporarily and walked towards home.
The handmade milk candy was indeed made by her family. The housekeeper had worked in the Chu family for more than ten years. It could be said that she had raised Chu Ci. She was a little older and always felt that things outside were not clean. Perhaps she saw the candy wrapper in Chu Ci's pocket, so she made a small portion of handmade milk candy for her to taste the next day.
