Su Man has difficulty moving around, so Lin Ru has to pack the luggage by himself.
She sat in a wheelchair, watching Lin Ru pack his things into the suitcase one by one.
Lin Ru said that he had finally made an appointment with the doctor, and time was a bit tight, so he booked a flight for the next morning.
Su Man didn't raise any objections. She leaned on the bed and watched Lin Ru pack up. She said suddenly, "International flights take a long time, don't they? Can my body handle it?"
Lin Ru had just zipped up a packed suitcase. He stood up and asked with concern, "Are you feeling unwell?"

Guan Yisheng was already waiting in the examination room.
Seeing them come in, Guan Yisheng took off his mask and said, "Oh, I thought you two were going to stay at home and enjoy some time together, how come you came out so soon?"
Facing his teasing, Su Man lowered her head in a shy manner, while Lin Ru patted him lightly and said, "Stop joking. We are going abroad the day after tomorrow. Please check Man Man to see if she is in good condition to withstand the long journey."
"Go abroad?" Guan Yisheng raised his eyebrows.
"Yes, Lin Ru helped me find a famous doctor abroad, who said he could cure my leg." Su Man looked innocent, as if she had believed the lie.
Guan Yisheng's eyes moved slightly, and he began the examination without asking any more questions.
While waiting for the report, Guan Yisheng sat in his swivel chair, rocking from side to side. "Have you told Aunt Tang that you're going abroad?"
Hearing Tang Aoyu's name, Lin Ru unconsciously rubbed the watch strap with his fingertips on his wrist, "No, she will know sooner or later."
Su Man played dumb, "Ah? Is Mom in the country now?"
Lin Ru nodded hesitantly.
"Oh, then I should go see my mother first after I wake up. This is so rude. Let's go see her first after we get the report."
"No need." Lin Ru refused bluntly.
Su Man asked knowingly, "Why?"
Lin Ru made up an excuse, "Mom came back to China for work, and her schedule is tight. Why don't we wait until your leg is healed and Mom is back abroad, then we can go visit together."
Su Man thought about it and suddenly smiled, "That's fine, let's give Mom a surprise."
As he was speaking, the inspection report came out.
Guan Yisheng pinched the edge of the paper and scanned it line by line. He pushed his glasses and said, "Mo Man's body has recovered well. There is no problem taking the long-distance flight. Just make sure you get enough rest."
Hearing this, Lin Ru smiled at Su Man, "Now you can rest assured."
Hearing the good news, Su Man showed joy, "Yes, that's great."
Guan Yisheng's voice interrupted the two of them, "But just to be on the safe side, it's better to prepare some medicine."
Lin Ru nodded, "Tell me what medicine you want, I'll get it."

Guan Yisheng sighed artificially, "There's nothing I can do."
Su Man was not surprised. She had never expected that a test result would trip up Lin Ru. She came here just to get an answer, "Why did you help me?"

Facing his sudden "confession", Su Man remained calm, "The one you like is another person, right?"
She didn't give Guan Yisheng time to refute and said lightly, "You deleted those records, didn't you just not want me to know about her existence?"

Guan Yisheng showed a distressed expression, "Forget it, since you've caught me, I'll tell you a secret."
He whispered something in Su Man's ear, and Su Man turned her head suddenly, "You..."
Before he could finish his words, the door was pushed open from the outside and it was Lin Ru who came back.
Su Man barely suppressed her shock and tried to act as if nothing had happened.
But Guan Yisheng, the "culprit", was very calm, "You're back so soon."
He put the instructions for taking the medicine that he had written in advance in his bag, and told Lin Ru about the foods that he should avoid.
Su Man didn't have the chance to talk to Guan Yisheng again until they were about to leave.
Guan Yisheng stood in the doorway and waved at them, "Have a safe trip."
