Chapter 2 If this weren't his sister-in-law... [2]
Achu and Wen Zhiyu's eye contact lasted only two breaths before she seemed startled by his sudden opening of the door.
After realizing what had happened, she quickly lowered her eyes and raised her hand to wipe the corner of her eye.
When he looked up again, he forced a polite smile and said, "Big brother."
Wen Zhiyu naturally noticed A Chu's red and moist eyes, and also saw the forced smile on her face.
Seeing that A-Chu was hiding and avoiding the issue, he pretended not to notice and responded with a simple "Mm".
Achu pointed to her room: "Um... I'm going back to my room now. Big brother, you should get some rest too."
After saying this, she didn't wait for Wen Zhiyu's response and quickly walked towards her room.
When I was about to open the door, I dropped my room card. I quickly bent down to pick it up and swiped it to go inside.
Wen Zhiyu took in all her movements. There was nothing he could do; A Chu's room was right across from his.
He didn't mean to, but he still saw Ah Chu's slender waist and round, full buttocks hidden under her loose skirt when she bent down to pick up the room key.
Once the door closed, Wen Zhiyu withdrew his gaze and left the room.
Back in his room, Ah Chu completely masked all his previous expressions.
She went into the bathroom, stood in front of the sink, and looked at herself in the mirror.
The original owner was very beautiful, with delicate and attractive features, possessing a classic charm, dignified elegance.
To use a popular internet phrase, it's the beauty of a peaceful and prosperous nation.
However, just as others have said, her attire does look somewhat old-fashioned.
Despite being only twenty-three years old, she wore a dark purple cheongsam to the party, a loose-fitting short-sleeved style that concealed her enviable figure.
Her long, thick, black hair was tied up in a low bun, and her makeup was very simple.
She doesn't look 23 years old; she's even more dignified than Wen Zeyu's mother.
Achu sighed inwardly.
She took off her hair and then took off her cheongsam.
I removed my makeup, washed my hair, took a shower, and changed into a white silk slip dress.
The slip dress revealed a large expanse of fair and delicate skin, a slender and beautiful swan neck, delicate and smooth collarbones, and a glimpse of spring.
She wore a long-sleeved silk robe over her clothes, and the belt around her waist made it a very conservative outfit.
Her hair was blown dry, and her long, straight hair, reaching her waist, was casually draped over her shoulders.
I only applied skincare products to my face.
The original owner had great skin and beautifully grown eyebrows; they were naturally beautiful willow-leaf eyebrows without needing any trimming.
Even in its simple and unadorned state, it is beautiful enough to make people unable to look away.
Achu was satisfied.
She came out of the bathroom, walked to the wine rack in the room, and picked out a bottle of red wine.
She poured out most of the bottle before taking the glass and the bottle and leaving the room.
Ah Chu arrived at the end of the corridor on this floor, where there was a viewing balcony where one could enjoy the sea view and feel the sea breeze.
It was late at night, and the sea was pitch black; nothing could be seen.
The sea breeze feels quite comfortable on the skin.
Ah Chu leaned against the balcony railing, poured himself a glass of wine, and drank it all in one gulp.
Soon, half a bottle of red wine was gone.
Her originally fair cheeks were now tinged with rouge, and the corners of her eyes were flushed red, giving her a more alluring look.
When Wen Zhiyu returned, he immediately saw A Chu leaning against the railing.
The sea breeze was quite strong, causing her hair and skirt to flutter wildly.
She looked very thin, as if she could be blown away by the wind at any moment.
Wen Zhiyu hadn't intended to interfere, but he had been stopped and offered a drink when he went downstairs, and was feeling a bit unwell.
But when he saw the empty wine bottle and the broken wine glass at Chu's feet, he realized she might have drunk too much.
Thinking about the discussions she overheard on the deck about what happened there, Wen Zhiyu guessed that A Chu must be in a bad mood.
Seeing that A Chu suddenly leaned against the railing and looked like she was about to fall, Wen Zhiyu's brow twitched.
He eventually lifted his foot and walked over.
"Sister-in-law."
Wen Zhiyu called out.
Ah Chu seemed not to hear, and didn't even turn her head.
Wen Zhiyu called out again, "Ning Chu."
Achu turned around this time.
The sea breeze gently lifted her hair, and her misty, watery eyes looked at Wen Zhiyu.
It's as if they have a thousand grievances.
Wen Zhiyu felt as if something had touched his heart.
He didn't delve into it further, but continued, "It's windy here, go back to your room and rest early."
A Chu didn't speak, but kept looking at Wen Zhiyu, tears welling up in her beautiful eyes.
Wen Zhiyu had never seen Ning Chu like this before; she was always dignified and proper.
Even if Wen Zeyu embarrasses her in public, she will never show any weakness in front of others.
Ah Chu opened her lips and said something, but it was too soft for him to hear.
Wen Zhiyu had no choice but to take another step forward: "What did you say?"
Ah Chu pouted and walked towards him.
Wen Zhiyu then noticed that she wasn't wearing shoes, and her fair and delicate feet looked like they were about to step on the broken glass!
A pair of strong hands wrapped around Chu's waist, lifted her up, spun her around half a circle, and placed her on the soft, safe carpet.
Wen Zhiyu tried to let go, but A Chu wrapped her arms around his neck.
She used force, and Wen Zhiyu was caught off guard, so she was pulled down by her unexpected pull.
The two were almost nose to nose.
Wen Zhiyu could clearly smell the pleasant aroma of alcohol and a faint fragrance emanating from A Chu's breath.
He also inadvertently saw that Ah Chu's belt had come undone, revealing a large expanse of skin below her collarbone.
Wen Zhiyu's breath hitched.
Immediately afterward, he heard A-Chu's aggrieved voice in his ear: "A-Ze...why did you do this to me?"
Wen Zhiyu was stunned. So she mistook him for Wen Zeyu?
For some reason, Wen Zhiyu felt somewhat displeased.
He grabbed Achu's shoulders to push her away, but Achu clung to him even tighter.
Wen Zhiyu could even feel her proud softness pressed against him...
"Aze, I am a person, I am a living, breathing person... My heart also aches... It bleeds and sheds tears..."
"You look down on me that much? Are you going to humiliate me like this?"
"If you... if you really dislike me that much... why did you agree to marry me?"
As Achu spoke, she became more and more aggrieved, and tears kept falling.
Wen Zhiyu's feelings were complicated.
He sighed and could only try to comfort her, saying, "I'm sorry, I apologize, please don't cry anymore, okay?"
When Achu heard the apology, she seemed stunned for a moment, and looked at Wen Zhiyu with teary eyes.
She hiccuped and asked in a tearful voice, "Do you know you were wrong?"
Wen Zhiyu looked at the beautiful face so close to his, her eyes brimming with tears, her nose still red, looking both pitiful and adorable.
If this weren't his sister-in-law...
Wen Zhiyu pursed her lips and replied, "Yes, I know I was wrong."
Achu burst into laughter through her tears: "Then give me a kiss~"
Her voice, with its nasal tone, was soft and sweet, a coquettish tone.
Wen Zhiyu's gaze fell on her lips. Her lips were beautifully shaped, full and rosy.
For some reason, Wen Zhiyu felt a burning sensation in his body.
I even had a real urge to lower my head and kiss those lips.
They were so close that Wen Zhiyu could kiss A Chu's lips with just a slight tilt of his head.
But he definitely can't do that!
