Before anyone knew it, a group of leaders from X University were standing at the classroom door. Oh, and standing in front of them was an investor who was being fawned over like a star.
He was wearing a white shirt with the cuffs rolled up. He was tall and slender, and every move he made exuded a sense of languor and nobility.
The man called General Manager Jiang looked through the crowd at the woman standing on the podium in the room.
A hint of amusement and light flickered in his dark, indifferent eyes.
The leaders were still wondering, who did this investor see? And why was he smiling so happily?
Keep in mind, they'd been with him for two hours, and he'd maintained a lazy and indifferent demeanor the entire time.
The leaders were also unsure whether the young and promising CEO Jiang would invest in their school again this year.
Just as she was filled with doubt, the boy on the stage who had confessed his love to Su Yan completely revealed his true colors.
It seems to mean that since you don't agree with my confession, don't blame me for exposing your past.
The boy snorted coldly.
"You look so innocent, I initially thought it was just a misunderstanding caused by rumors. But judging from your attitude now, you're a gold digger. I've seen plenty of women like you. As long as you get a designer bag, you'll sleep with anyone."
Su Yan's face still held that gentle expression; she was very serious.
"Do you feel inferior because you don't have money?"
As soon as he finished speaking, the boy's face grew increasingly grim.
Actually, Su Yan didn't intend to attack him; she was just curious and asking sincerely.
The boy's expression changed several times, and finally he couldn't hold back any longer, raising his hand to strike.
"You're asking for it!"
Just as things were getting lively here, a voice suddenly came from the doorway.
"Hey, classmate."
The voice was very pleasant to hear, and it carried an imposing presence that was impossible to ignore.
The boy was taken aback and turned around.
The next second, a black-clad bodyguard appeared out of nowhere and slammed him onto the lectern.
The students watching the play were startled for a moment and cried out in fright.
Su Yan looked up and blinked when she saw the person standing at the classroom door.
"Jiang Ran"
The man responded, but his expression wasn't very pleasant.
He walked up to Su Yan, looked her up and down, and confirmed that she was alright.
The next second, without any hesitation, he pulled the person into his arms.
His action stunned a group of students, as well as a string of leaders.
What... what's going on?
Jiang Ran frowned, glanced at the boy who was pinned to the table and unable to move, then looked at the leaders, his tone low and ambiguous.
"Is this the quality of your school's students?"
The head of the teaching department came over and quickly apologized with a smile.
"President Jiang, this was an accident. We are so grateful for your help."
While speaking, he wanted to introduce...
"This is our most famous and talented young woman, named Su Yan. Uh... Mr. Jiang, do you know her?"
They look like they know each other very well.
The head of the teaching department deliberately threw out a question to try and confirm it.
Jiang Ran lowered his eyes, looked at Su Yan's innocent expression, and smiled.
"My wife and I know each other, of course."
The moment the lazy tone was uttered, everyone in the room was stunned.

They even wanted Jiang Ran to invest, but it turned out his wife was studying at her own school and they didn't even know.

Su Yan tugged at Jiang Ran's sleeve, looking puzzled.

Jiang Ran leaned over and kissed her on the cheek.
