Chapter 375: The Heavens of the Myriad Worlds: Leaving Questions for the Ancestors (5)

The people inside were confused for a while.

An old man came forward and opened the door. When he saw the Great Sage, he couldn't help but cry out:

"The ghost is coming! The ghost is coming!"

The Great Sage was speechless.

Although he knew that the old man was affected by the plot, he obviously did not change. His old playmates did not recognize him and even called him a "ghost", which made him feel a little uncomfortable.

He snorted:

"Old man, look carefully again, do you still remember me?"

The old man looked at him carefully before he realized:

"You do look a bit like the divine monkey from Liangjie Mountain, but how did you get there? Where are your two companions? Why haven't I seen them?"

The Great Sage chuckled and didn't explain anything in detail. He just took his hand and said:

"Why haven't you come here in these years, old man?"

The old man hurriedly invited the two of them inside, and called his family members to meet them. Then he said to the Great Sage:

"During the wars of the past, my parents and brothers all died, leaving me alone. Helpless, I had to find another way to survive. This separation has lasted for decades. Great Sage, are you getting old too?"

The Great Sage chuckled:

"I don't even remember the age of my birth. I was just trapped at the foot of that mountain for five hundred years. You're still my great-grandson!"

The old man smiled and said:

"Haha! I remember my great-grandfather saying that this mountain descended from the sky..."

The Great Sage interrupted him:

"Let's not talk about that. But I want to ask you, how are you doing now? Are you in good health?"

The old man had tea served and dinner arranged before he replied:

"Healthy and healthy! The food the Bodhisattva gave me in the past was excellent. I still feel as young as ever."

"That's good, that's good."

The old man pulled him up and down and looked him up and down:

"Great Sage, I think you haven't bathed for a long time. I'll have someone make some soup for you to take a bath."

The Great Sage bowed and thanked him:

"Thank you in advance."

As soon as the old man left, Tang Sanzang couldn't help but ask:

"Disciple, I wonder who this female Bodhisattva you mentioned earlier is? How come I have never seen her?"

He felt more and more that something was not right.
