Shi Yuan smiled and said, "I am the murderer."
Nanzhi was stunned.
Shi Yuan grinned, looking at her expectantly: "Is Master going to kill me now?"
Nan Zhi had no idea what the yandere was thinking.
She clutched her temples, her head throbbing. "Shi Yuan, why did you do this?"
Shi Yuan walked up to her, his narrow eyes staring at her with a stubborn and morbid gaze: "Master asked me to investigate, wasn't that to test whether I did it?"
“I didn’t,” Nanzhi retorted. “I asked you to investigate because I think you are thoughtful and meticulous, and also because I was worried that you didn’t get along well with your senior brothers and wanted you to take this opportunity to improve your relationship with them.”
Shi Yuan's pupils narrowed slightly. He stared intently at Nan Zhi, but apart from concern, he couldn't detect a single other emotion on her face.
He pursed his lips, feeling as if his heart was about to explode with irritation.
He hooked his arm around Nanzhi's head and leaned in to kiss her moist lips, just like the feeling in her so-called illusion.
It's peach flavored, very sweet and moist.
He wanted to taste it again, but was suddenly pushed away by a force.
There was a loud crack.
He got slapped across the face.
He tilted his head, as if he had lost his soul in an instant, and listened to Nanzhi's reprimand without moving.

Nan Zhi's face flushed with anger. She was panting and didn't know what to say for a moment.
Shi Yuan watched as her face flushed red and then turned pale.
Nanzhi pointed at him, as if she had finally found the words after a long time.
"This is your last chance. If you dare to be disrespectful to your master again, I will personally expel you from the Wuji Sect."
Shi Yuan moved his stiff arm, just about to say something.
Just then, Qian Che came looking for her.
"Senior sister, are you there?"
Nan Zhi then composed herself, transforming back into the aloof and icy master, and walked to the door.
"Junior brother, what's wrong?"
"I've been feeling something's wrong with my cultivation lately, could you please take a look at me, senior sister?"
