Chapter 155 I Have a Way to Save You

Wan Kui ate the grapes offered by the maid beside him, and then opened his mouth to accept the wine.

Inside the main hall, a group of scantily clad maids were dancing, accompanied by other maids playing music.

Wan Kui closed his eyes and swayed his head, enjoying himself.

"Bang!"

"ah!"

"Run!"

Wan Kui quickly sat up: "What happened?"

Suddenly, the doors to the main hall were blown open.

Wan Kui squinted and realized it was someone he knew.

Sikong Ren and Pei Zhi, hand in hand, swaggered into the Demon Lord's Palace.

Pei Zhi clicked his tongue twice when he saw the maidservant in the palace with her clothes disheveled.

Sikong Ren reached out and covered Pei Zhi's eyes, saying, "Don't look around."

Pei Zhi slapped her hand away, saying, "It's you, so stop looking around, okay?"

Helpless, Sikong Ren could only wave his hand and drive them all away.

Inside the entire hall, only Wan Kui and the Imperial Preceptor, trembling and hiding in a corner, remained.

Wan Kui swallowed hard and said with a forced smile, "Demon Lord, I was unaware of your arrival. I am so sorry for not welcoming you properly."

Pei Zhi put one hand on her hip and asked, "What's wrong? Are you blind? Can't you see me?"

Pei Zhi is now truly wearing the words "a dog relying on its master's power" on her face... no, "having a powerful backer" on her face.

Back when she was captured by Wan Kui, she was even more obsequious than Wan Kui is now.

Wan Kui quickly bowed to Pei Zhi, "I didn't see Miss Pei. I must be getting old and my eyesight isn't what it used to be."

Pei Zhile said, "Since your eyes are not working well, let's just gouge them out."

Wan Kui chuckled dryly twice. "Miss Pei, you really love to joke."

"Huh?" Pei Zhi rolled her eyes in disgust. "When you captured me, didn't you say that my eyes were beautiful and that you wanted to gouge them out and set them into beads?"

"Also, they said my fingers are quite beautiful and that I should keep the bones to make musical instruments?"

“Oh.” Pei Zhi tugged at her collar. “You used to tear my clothes and say I was no different from other women.”

Sikong Ren was furious: "He tore your clothes too?"

Wan Kui exclaimed, "I didn't tear your clothes!"

Wan Kui had only used his fingertips to part Pei Zhi's clothes, so how did it turn out like this when it reached Pei Zhi's mouth?

Sikong Ren was shocked and furious. "Why didn't you tell me sooner?"

Previously, Sikong Ren had no idea that Wan Kui had threatened and intimidated Pei Zhi in this way.

If he had known earlier, Sikong Ren would have killed Wan Kui long ago.

"Don't be angry. If you had killed him earlier, I wouldn't have been happy either." Pei Zhi patted Sikong Ren on the shoulder to comfort him.

Of course, she wanted to settle accounts with Wan Kui in person, watch him kneel down and beg for mercy, and then kill him. That would be much more interesting.

"Do you remember when you took out a box full of poisonous insects and said you were going to throw me in it?"

Wan Kui lowered his head, gritted his teeth, and said, "It was my fault back then. I was ignorant and offended Miss Pei. I wonder how Miss Pei can appease me?"

Pei Zhi looked Wan Kui up and down. "Why don't you jump into the burrow of poisonous insects yourself?"

Upon hearing this, Sikong Ren took two steps toward Pei Zhi and reminded her, "Wan Kui is filled with demonic energy; poisonous insects dare not approach him."

Wan Kui was, after all, a Demon Lord of the Demon Realm; mere poisonous insects posed no threat to him.

Pei Zhi hadn't expected this to happen.

Pei Zhi was immediately annoyed. "So, all you can do is threaten me, is that it?"

So, she's just a useless piece of trash, that's why Wan Kuiyi threatened her so easily?

Sikong Ren quickly reassured him, "You want insects to bite him? It's no big deal. I'll find a few demons to bite him a few times, it'll be the same."

Wan Kui's lips twitched, but he had no choice but to bow his head when he was under someone else's roof. "Yes, yes, if it really doesn't work, I'll cut off a few pieces of meat myself, as long as Miss Pei is appeased."

Pei Zhi was displeased. "Are you trying to coax a child?"

Pei Zhi is in a dilemma; she doesn't want Wan Kui to die too easily.

They wanted to cause some trouble for Wan Kui, but they didn't have any good ideas.

Pei Zhi was furious, so she went over and kicked Wan Kui hard.

This kick was utterly insignificant to Wan Kui, who had cultivated for a thousand years.

But to vent Pei Zhi's anger, Wan Kui pretended to be kicked far away by Pei Zhi.

Wan Kui got up from the ground, clutching his chest, "Ouch, Miss Pei's kick almost kicked my guts out."

Pei Zhi looked at her feet and became even angrier. "I kicked your waist, what do you mean by clutching your chest?"

Pei Zhi was even more annoyed. Wasn't this underestimating her too much?

Wan Kui was in agony. Had he known this would happen, he should have killed Pei Zhi decisively that day.

Otherwise, how could we have suffered this humiliation today?

"You bumped your chest, I wonder if Miss Pei feels better now?"

Pei Zhi put her hands on her hips. "Feeling better? Of course not. Let me think of a way to torment you."

Sikong Ren took out a sword and handed it to Pei Zhi, "Why don't we poke a few hundred holes in him?"

"Hundreds of holes? That's not a good idea, is it?"

Sikong Ren hurriedly said, "Are you scared? Then I'll do it."

Pei Zhi shook her head. "I'm not afraid, but he has hundreds of holes in his body. Doesn't water seep out of his body when he drinks?"

The water hadn't even reached my stomach before it started flowing out of my body.

"Ugh, how disgusting." Pei Zhi felt nauseous just thinking about that scene.

Sikong Ren could only suggest another solution for Pei Zhi: "Why not cut off his hands and feet so he can't walk?"

Pei Zhi hesitated for a moment, not wanting to let Wan Kui die so easily, but the thought of cutting off his hands and feet made her scalp tingle.

Wan Kui huddled to the side, listening to Sikong Ren and Pei Zhi casually discuss how to deal with him.

Wan Kui gritted his teeth in hatred, but could only force a smile.

Just wait, wait for the day when Sikong Renzhen truly loses his mind, then he will definitely vent his anger.

Pei Zhi walked up to Wan Kui and kicked him.

"Although you are a scoundrel, I am kind, so I have decided to end things with you."

Pei Zhi gave Sikong Ren a look, signaling him to make a move.

Wan Kui sensed something was wrong. "You want to kill me?"

Pei Zhi was also puzzled, "Otherwise what?"

"If I don't kill you, am I supposed to come all the way to the Demon Realm just to humiliate you?"

Pei Zhi wasn't that free, and besides, she knew the principle of "to nip the weeds in the bud."

If Wan Kui doesn't die, who knows what kind of trouble he'll cause in the future.

Sikong Ren had already gathered magical power in his palm; with just one strike, Wan Kui would be powerless to resist.

Wan Kui originally thought that Pei Zhi came over just to vent her anger.

Unexpectedly, they were so lacking in martial ethics, it really cost him his life!

"I didn't kill you back then. If you're still not satisfied, why don't you skin my body?"

"Or, cut off my limbs, leaving me only able to wriggle?"

"Or, how about smashing all the bones in my body to shatter them, that would be a good way to vent my anger."

Pei Zhi shook her head, "You really are utterly wicked, but I'm kind-hearted, so I'll give you a clean and tidy settlement."

Wan Kui wasn't afraid of these tortures, but he was afraid of dying.

"Wait, I have a way to save you!" Wan Kui suddenly shouted, "Sikong Ren, I have a way to save you!"
