Yuan Chengyu turned to Pei Zhi and asked, "Or does Your Majesty think that we are too old and useless, and want to find someone younger?"
"No wonder His Majesty stopped me; it turns out he was worried about me."
"Alright." Pei Zhi straightened her expression. "I think he's a fairly knowledgeable person, but he's a bit stubborn."
"Don't reveal my identity to him, lest he become too anxious about the imperial examinations and it affect his career."
Pei Zhi observed that although Li Zheng lacked discernment, he was quite knowledgeable.
After passing the imperial examinations, he should be able to become a good official.
If Li Zheng knew her identity, he probably wouldn't dare to participate in the imperial examination.

"This is Qin Xiangyang, my husband. After we got married, he changed his surname to Qin with me."
"You know this man too? He's my kept man."
Yuan Chengyu obediently took Pei Zhi's hand and kissed the back of it.
“Besides him, I have several other male lovers around me.”
Pei Zhi walked closer to Li Zheng and said, "If Young Master Li is willing, I can take care of another one of you."
"My family has a vast fortune, and I have relatives in the imperial court. If you come with me, your life will be good."
Li Zheng was an innocent young man who had never seen anything like this before, and he was so frightened that he kept backing away.
