"What's wrong?"
Pei's mother sighed, "At the beginning, your sister-in-law mentioned to me that she wanted to go to the city and stay at your house so that she could get medical treatment."
Pei Zhi hadn't expected this turn of events.

Pei's mother shook her head, "No, if you have the ability, take them with you. It's a good thing, and I'll be happy too."
"That's good then." Pei Zhi comforted her mother, "If my elder brother and sister-in-law continue to stay in the village, they'll get divorced sooner or later."
"you're right."
Pei's mother agreed with Pei Zhi's words. Every time she went out, people would pull her aside and ask her why her daughter-in-law was not pregnant yet.
Even Pei's mother found it annoying.
Pei Zhi asked curiously, "Mom, haven't you ever thought about letting my older brother and sister-in-law divorce?"
Pei's mother pinched Pei Zhi, "You can say anything you want. If we get divorced, do you want your sister-in-law to jump into the river?"
Pei's mother was a woman, and she understood the hardships women face.
"Everyone's saying that your sister-in-law can't have children. What will happen to her if they really get divorced? Isn't that just driving her to her death?"
"What if the older brother never has children in his life?"
Pei's mother was quite open-minded, saying, "Isn't there still your second brother?"
"You are so open-minded."
