Chapter 20 The One I Can't Forget (9)

Is anyone home?

An old man opened the door: "What is it?"

Shi Yuyu: "Grandpa, we're recording a show. Do you have time? We'd like to draw a picture of you."

The old man waved his hand defensively: "No need, no need, you can go somewhere else."

Wen Xi: "Grandpa, it's free, no money required."

The old man shook his head again: "Even if it's free, I won't use it."

The two hesitated for a moment, exchanged a glance, and decided to leave; they couldn't force anyone.

Just then, a voice came from inside the house: "Who is Grandpa?"

Grandpa quickly turned around and saw a small, round, chubby girl walking to the doorway.

Grandpa immediately went to pick up the little girl: "Nannan, why did you get down by yourself? It's your older brother or sister, they're drawing."

Seeing that their grandfather's attitude had changed, the two squatted down and said, "Hello, we're here to record a TV program. Would you mind if we drew a picture for you?"

The little girl looked at her grandfather with her eyes crinkling at the corners: "Grandpa, is it okay?"

After looking at the cameraman recording behind him for a long time, Grandpa finally agreed.

Little girl: "Hello, older brother and sister, come in quickly."

Grandpa opened the other half of the door to let them in, and even brought out chairs for them to sit in the main room.

The two took out their art supplies, moved chairs, and sat down. Wenxi said to the little girl, "Shall we draw a picture of you and Grandpa together?"

The little girl obediently looked up at her older sister.

Wen Xi turned around to look for paintbrushes, but Shi Yuyu had already taken them out and handed them to Wen Xi: "You draw, I'll color."

Just like many times before when playing games, she nodded and quickly started drawing.

Considering that the grandfather and the little girl couldn't stay still for long, she sped up and quickly sketched their outlines.

[Is that your older sister? She's a painter.]

[This sister's art style looks so familiar!]

After Wen Xi finished drawing, Shi Yuyu had already mixed the colors on the other side.

[Why does it seem like Yuyu is also a painter?]

The two quickly finished coloring the painting, and Wen Xi took it down, framed it in a wooden frame specially brought by the production team, and handed it to the little girl.

The little girl blinked her big eyes and said, "It's so pretty, thank you, sister."

The little girl in the picture has big eyes and a sweet smile. She is snuggling up to an old man next to her, and the old man has a kind face.

The little girl took the painting and exclaimed, "Wow, the older brother and sister painted so well!"

Grandpa finally realized they weren't scammers, so he warmly invited them to drink tea and thanked them for the painting.

I didn't expect to receive praise so easily.

After saying goodbye to the little girl and her grandfather, the two decided to stroll around since they still had plenty of time.

The photographer contacted the production crew's car and left temporarily.

Shi Yuyu finally asked the question he had been wanting to ask: "How have you been?"

Wen Xi didn't expect that just one sentence would cause such a strong physiological reaction in this body. Her eyes turned red, and she looked at Shi Yuyu with a pitiful expression.

Wen Xi suppressed this inexplicable emotion: "Oh, very good. And you?" answering for the original owner of this body. How could it possibly be good?

Shi Yuyu couldn't help but pat Wen Xi's head: "I'm fine too."

The photographer arrived shortly afterward. The two had already tidied themselves up, leaving only Wen Xi's slightly red eyes.

On the bus, Wenxi, who was in the back seat, was a little sleepy because they had traveled a bit today and the bus was swaying back and forth.

Shi Yuyu: "Why don't you take a nap? I'll wake you up when we get there."

Wen Xi nodded drowsily and leaned back in her chair.

Because the mountain road was bumpy and uneven, the car would jolt from time to time. Shi Yuyu watched Wen Xi nod her little head back and forth.

She reached out and gently rested her little head on my shoulder.

The photography instructors also succumbed to sleepiness, after all, they were carrying an extra large camera and missed this moment.

After watching the movie, Tingting and Ajing were asked by the program team to write a review.

Tingting wiped her eyes with a tissue: "I'm still very moved even after watching it again."

A-Jing agreed: "The ending was too painful."

The two took paper and pen and began writing their reflections.

After resting in the secret room, the group set off again.

After being terrified by the female ghost, Liu Yuchen dared not go any further. At the slightest sound, she would shout, "Sister Xiaoshu, I'll go with you."

Xiao Shu didn't seem scared at all, and even looked at Liu Yuchen with some disdain: "Okay, I'll go first."

After Xiao Shu took the lead, she guided everyone through the challenges. Although there were many terrifying scenes along the way, she wasn't afraid at all.

When they returned to the villa, Xiao Shu looked calm, but Liu Yuchen was completely distraught.

Tingting and Ajing were drenched in sweat, Tiantian and Zhouzhou looked excited, while Wenxi and Shiyuyu looked very relaxed.

Everyone discussed today's tasks with each other.

Tian Tian: "Today was so much fun! I played so many laps. Zhou Zhou was great. You can consider Zhou Zhou for your next partner selection."

Xiao Shu: "Haha, you even shared your partner! Okay, next time I'll choose Zhouzhou. Wen Xi, how about you guys? We're in an escape room, it's so much fun!"

Wen Xi: "The production team abandoned us halfway. We walked a long way, probably two or three kilometers, before we saw a small house. Then we drew pictures for the old man and the children."

Xiao Shu: "This place is very remote."

Tingting: "Oh my god, you guys are having such a good time. We've been rowing the whole time and we're exhausted. The movie was also a bit boring."

Tian Tian: "It's not like I'm asking you to go to the movies, it's asking you two to spend time together. You didn't just watch movies and do nothing else, did you?"

[Hahahaha, they got straight to the point, but they didn't do anything at all.]
