Looking at the two who were talking non-stop, Qin's mother said, "Alright, alright, you two won't finish talking in a short time. Let's eat first and then talk. It's almost dinner time, so try my cooking."
Qin Lun: "Oh, right, Mom, can I invite my friend to come along?"
Qin's mother: "Of course, your friend? Which one?"
Qin Lun: "It's the girl who saved me. She came to D City with me. Her name is Mu Wenxi."
Qin's father: "Then hurry up and invite them in."

Qin Lun: "Sure, my parents are very happy too."

When Mu Wenxi entered Qin Lun's home, Qin's parents immediately stood up to welcome him.
Qin's mother stepped forward and took Mu Wenxi's arm: "Good boy, so good."
Mu Wenxi greeted Qin's parents.
Qin's mother: "Little girl, how old are you this year? Come, come and try the food Auntie makes."
At the dinner table, Mu Wenxi looked at the dishes, which were much simpler than before the apocalypse. She picked up a bite with her chopsticks; it was warm and delicious.
Qin's mother asked curiously, "How is it? Does it taste pretty good?"
Mu Wenxi: "Delicious," it's very heartwarming.
Qin Lun also took a bite: "It tastes like home."
One sentence silenced everyone present. The feeling of home was warm and precious, and Qin's mother almost shed tears again.
Qin's father: "Where did the little girl grow up?"
Mu Wenxi: "I grew up in an orphanage."
Qin's father and mother exchanged a glance: "An orphanage!"
Qin Lun: "What's wrong?"
Qin's mother: "I remember we used to sponsor a girl, didn't we?"
Qin's father: "It seems so."
Qin's mother: "Oh my god, I need to check this out, it's too much of a coincidence!"
Qin's mother put down her chopsticks and quickly ran to the room to search. Soon she came out with something in her hand: "Found it."
Qin's father leaned closer to take a closer look: "Is the name really Mu Wenxi? Is it from the Sunshine Orphanage?"
Mu Wenxi nodded: "That's right."
Qin's mother exclaimed, "My God, what a coincidence!"
Mu Wenxi was also surprised: "What a coincidence! Thank you for your help over the years."
Qin's mother: "What a coincidence! We helped you, and you saved our son."
Mu Wenxi and Qin Lun exchanged a glance.
Qin Lun: Why didn't I know about this?
Qin's mother: "You were still young then. We told you about it, but you've forgotten. We originally planned to find you a younger sister, but we were too busy and worried that we wouldn't be able to take good care of her, so we ended up sponsoring an orphanage instead."
Qin's father: "Everything is preordained in the dark."
Qin's mother: "What are your plans after this?"
Mu Wenxi: "Many cities are still under repair, and I plan to travel around while I still have my superpowers."
Qin Lun: "I'm with her too."
Qin's father: "Go ahead, just come back and visit us occasionally."
After dinner, Mu Wenxi saw Qin Lun helping Qin's mother wash the dishes, and a feeling she couldn't quite describe welled up inside her.
These things, which were readily available before the apocalypse, have now become luxuries, and countless people have been displaced and lost the most important people in their lives.
After staying at Qin Lun's house for two days, Mu Wenxi packed her bags and prepared to leave D City. As soon as she came downstairs, Qin Lun had already packed her luggage and was waiting for her. Mu Wenxi raised an eyebrow: "You got up so early."
Qin Lun: "Waiting for you."
Mu Wenxi: "Let's go."
Qin Lun: "Let's go wandering together."
Upstairs, Qin's mother and father watched the two leave with tears in their eyes.
Father Qin comforted Mother Qin, saying, "Children and grandchildren have their own blessings."
On the way, Qin Lun and Mu Wenxi had their own ideas about where to start their wandering. Qin Lun thought they could start by wandering around D City and then slowly go to more distant places.
However, Mu Wenxi thought they could reach a distant place first and then spread to the surrounding areas. Before the two could discuss it, they received a message from a special organization.
Qin Lun: "You received it too?"
Mu Wenxi: "Looks like we'll have to go somewhere far away first, hehe."
Qin Lun said helplessly, "I'll do whatever you say."
Mu Wenxi pressed a button on the car, and a broadcast came from inside the car: "All citizens, please do not panic, take precautions, and stay away from remote areas."
Mu Wenxi: "That's great, even the radio has been restored now."
The two drove the car that the doctor had given them when they left the capital to the agreed location, and Qin Lun transformed back into his original form and lay down in the passenger seat.
Mu Wenxi patted his belly: "You really know how to enjoy yourself."
Qin Lun brushed Mu Wenxi's hand away: "Don't touch me like that."
Mu Wenxi withdrew her hand: "But you really look like a kitten, and I really want to pet you!"
Qin Lun blushed slightly. Luckily, he was in his original form, otherwise it would have been so embarrassing to turn into a human: "No, I don't want to."
Mu Wenxi: "Okay, then I won't touch it."
Qin Lun: "Fine, fine, go ahead and touch me. What can I do now that I'm..."
Mu Wenxi: "So it wasn't just us they called."
Qin Lun: "Hmm?"
Mu Wenxi parked the car and got out, where he met Yu Chaoyang, Yuan Jin, and others.
Mu Wenxi joked, "What, it's you guys again?"
Yuan Jin: "There's nothing I can do. Who told me to have superpowers? If I don't use them now, when will I?"
Qin Lun transformed into human form and got out of the passenger seat.
