Chapter 341 The Female Supporting Character Doesn't Escape (Imprisonment) 11

Mu Wenxi, still wearing her school uniform, said, "Hello, Uncle, I'm looking for Xue Lin."

Butler: "Are you his classmate?"

Mu Wenxi: "We used to go to the same primary school and kindergarten. I haven't seen him in a long time, so I came to visit him."

The butler thought for a moment and said, "I can take you in, but the young master may not necessarily see you."

Mu Wenxi: "What's wrong with him?"

Butler: "You'll find out soon enough."

Mu Wenxi was driven inside by the butler. The house was heavily guarded at the entrance, and the bodyguards were all incredibly tall. When Mu Wenxi looked up, he realized that he only reached their waists.

The butler led Mu Wenxi inside, until they reached the door of a room.

Mu Wenxi looked at the butler, who then knocked on the door: "Young Master, your little classmate has come to play with you."

After a long silence, a low growl came from inside the room: "Get out..."

Mu Wenxi: "What's wrong with Brother Xue Lin?"

Butler: "He is sick."

Mu Wenxi nodded and said to the door, "Brother, I've come to play with you."

Xue Lin, who was inside the room, felt that the voice sounded somewhat familiar.

Mu Wenxi: "Brother, can you open the door?"

Just as Mu Wenxi was about to give up, the door suddenly opened a little.

The butler nudged Mu Wenxi, who turned to look at him and, encouraged by the butler's gaze, walked into the dark room.

As the environment darkened, Mu Wenxi was momentarily disoriented. A little frightened, she asked, "Brother, could you turn on the light?"

Xue Lin said in a low voice, "If you're afraid of the dark, then leave."

Mu Wenxi: "Okay then, I just can't see you anymore."

Xue Lin said coldly, "I didn't let you in."

Mu Wenxi shrugged: "Okay then, I'll come see you again next time."

After saying that, she walked out of the room. She had been out long enough today and couldn't let her parents find out that she had gone somewhere else. When she came out, she lied and said that she had gone to the bookstore.

Xue Lin sat in the room with bloodshot eyes.

"It's all your fault, it's all your fault, you drove her away."

"Why did you drive her away, you devil?"

"It's not my fault, it's clearly your fault..."

The butler, seeing Mu Wenxi come out, quickly asked, "How did it go?"

Mu Wenxi shook her head: "Brother won't turn on the light."

The butler sighed.

Mu Wenxi: "When will my brother get better?"

The housekeeper shook his head, not telling her that it was a mental illness that wouldn't get better anytime soon.

Mu Wenxi's mindset is that of an adult who is not afraid of failure: "I'll try again tomorrow."

The butler nodded, wanting to know more about Mu Wenxi: "Were you our young master's classmate in elementary school and kindergarten?"

Mu Wenxi: "Yes, I went to kindergarten and elementary school with my brother, but we weren't in the same grade and we only met a few times."

The butler sent someone to take Mu Wenxi back: "Come visit more often in the future."

Mu Wenxi: "Okay, brother will definitely be alright."

After Mu Wenxi left, the housekeeper found her information.

Xue Lin: "She's gone?"

The butler nodded, thinking to himself, "Perhaps this little girl is the young master's medicine."

When Mu Wenxi returned home, her parents were cooking.

Mother Shepherd: "How was your time with your classmates today?"

Mu Wenxi: "That's great, Mom, can I go again tomorrow?"

Mother: "Sure, Xixi is all grown up now and can make her own decisions, as long as it's not dangerous."

Father: "That's right, but she must be back before nightfall. It's not safe for a girl to be out alone."

Mu Wenxi: "Okay."

The next day, Mu Wenxi got up early to find the younger version of Xue Lin, wanting to find out what had happened to him.

Mu Wenxi, carrying her schoolbag, said, "Uncle Butler, I've come to play with my brother."

Uncle Butler was very happy to see Mu Wenxi. The little girl wasn't afraid of the young master and still came.

"Has Miss Mu had breakfast yet?"

Mu Wenxi: "I've already eaten at home. I brought my homework today so I can do it with my brother."

Butler Uncle: "I don't know if the young master is still awake. Would you please go and wake him?"

Mu Wenxi put down his schoolbag and went to Xue Lin's room. The door was unlocked, and it was pitch black inside. Mu Wenxi walked over and pulled back the curtains. Xue Lin was lying on the bed, completely covered by the blankets, with only his fluffy head showing.

Seemingly startled by the blinding sunlight, he opened his eyes, frowned, and, with a hint of anger on his face, yelled, "Who, who opened the curtains?"

Mu Wenxi walked over to Xue Lin's bedside: "It's me. The sun's already high in the sky, time to get up."

Xue Lin stared at her with a hint of unfamiliarity for a moment, then his expression softened after a while: "It's you."

Mu Wenxi: "It's me. I couldn't find you at school, so I came to your house to look for you."

Xue Lin pulled the blanket up: "Who gave you permission to come in?"

Mu Wenxi: "I came in by myself."

Xue Lin: "Then you can leave."

Mu Wenxi: "Okay then, I'll go out and wait for you to change. I'll be back in five minutes, brother."

Xue Lin was both angry and annoyed: "You are not allowed to come in."

Mu Wenxi ignored him and walked to the door, closing it behind her. Before closing the door, she said, "Brother, five minutes."

Xue Lin got out of bed in a fit of anger, quickly washed up and dressed. Less than five minutes later, he opened the door and found Mu Wenxi still standing there.

He secretly hoped that Mu Wenxi was still there, but since Mu Wenxi hadn't left, Xue Lin felt a little awkward: "Why haven't you left yet?"
