Xihe said in a gentle voice: "I went to the Snow Country and met the Elf King and Queen."
Jocelyn's expression changed and he stared at her.
"I originally wanted to kill them, but then I thought it would be better if you came in person. So I tied them up and left them in the dungeon. I also dealt with anyone who disobeyed me... Now you are the new king of the Snow Country, and they will serve you as their master."
Xihe's eyes were gentle: "From now on, you can do whatever you want, and no one will embarrass you anymore."
Go over, open the window,
The neatly-organized team bowed respectfully: "We welcome the new king."
The uniform sound startled flocks of flying birds. Rosilan subconsciously looked over and saw the people he used to be familiar with, the elders, guards, brothers and sisters. The people who had once driven him out of the Snow Country with disgust on their faces were now bowing their heads in submission.
Ruoslan looked at Xihe, and Xihe smiled gently: "Go."
Roslan didn't move, his silver eyes scanning her face, but at this moment, those golden eyes were gentle and infinitely tolerant.
Xihe smiled helplessly, walked over, took hold of the corner of his sleeve, and walked downstairs: "I used to think you were spoiled, and you were disdainful of this and that. Later, when I went to the elves, I realized that I had wronged you. Delicacies and the softest bed in the world, that's the life you deserve."
The stairs groaned in pain and dust fell down bit by bit. Nashi heard the sound and strode over.
Xihe led Ruoslan over the threshold. She walked in front, and soft green grass grew under her feet with every step. Her feet seemed as soft as if they were stepping on white clouds. Naxi's heart choked, but he didn't say anything and followed silently behind.
Seeing the eldest prince being led out by the sea monster, the elves prostrated themselves and bowed down, "Greetings, King."
The Pegasus is tall and agile, and the carriage is exquisite and gorgeous with bells hanging on the four corners. When the wind blows, the bells make pleasant sounds, and the carriage is filled with a fresh breath belonging to the Snow Country. This is a sedan chair that only the king can ride in.
Xihe led Rosilan to the carriage, and the maid presented her with a brand new and luxurious cloak.
"I'm clumsy and always make you angry. As fellow tribesmen, they will surely be able to serve you well."
She raised her hand to touch his eyebrows, but then she remembered that he didn't like being touched, so she paused and put it down.
He smiled and said, "Go ahead."
The elder came forward, bowed his waist, and said humbly: "King, please get in the carriage."
Jocelyn stood still.
Xihe turned and waved at Naxi. The young man reluctantly stepped forward, glanced at Ruoslan, and said dissatisfiedly, "What for?"
Xihe said to him, "Tell the people in Xihai to send Ruosilan to the Snow Country safely."
Xihe smiled at Ruoslan and said, "Have a safe trip."
I turned and walked towards the yard, but before I took two steps, someone grabbed my wrist.
She turned around and saw Jocelyn pursing his lips tightly, his hands clenched so tightly that his knuckles had turned white.
Xihe looked down at the hand he was holding, then, bit by bit, he pried open his fingers one by one. Finally, he nodded to Ruoslan, strode into the courtyard, and slammed the door shut.
Ruoslan's eyes suddenly turned red.
The Great Elder looked around, not knowing what to do for a moment, and said hesitantly, "King, it's time for us to set off."
Naxi crossed his arms and said, "That's right. If we go any later it will be dark. The sea at night is full of dangers."
Roslan stared at the door, but throughout the morning, noon, and even into the evening as it gradually darkened, the door remained unopened. The elves couldn't help but stir, and Nashi became impatient: "Are you going to leave or not?"
The Great Elder stepped forward: "King..."
Jocelyn suddenly turned around and got into the carriage with the curtain lowered.
There was a sudden cheer in the team, and soon the team set off for the bay.
"Wang, do you want to eat?"
The pretty elf girl flatteringly handed over a glass of fruit wine.
Ruoslan stared blankly at the tightly closed courtyard door, and the overgrown wooden house behind it gradually moved away, finally turning into a small black dot and disappearing from sight.
